Paleo maintenance rocks!
Ahh not much we can do in the face of TOTM cravings I find. (I made some hot cocoa with cocoa powder and sweetener and a cup of my milk allowance when TOTM struck in phase 1) Good for you for getting the 'good' bread out for your toast and for doing your kettlercise class!
Have you had an MRI before? I had one a couple of years ago and managed to make it less stressful on myself by wearing clothes with no metal (at our hospital you can wear your own clothes in the machine as long as they agree - I phoned up to confirm ahead of time - they'll want to check that you don't have anything 'forgotten' like bra hardware - I wore a vest top with support shelf under a t-shirt and stretchy yoga pants with no little metal bits, and wooly socks as your feet stick out and you can't keep your shoes on - felt a bit daft on bus on the way there but was glad not to have to change at the hospital as I hate hospitals anyway) and practising calm deep breathing beforehand.
