Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

My oldest son had a fab time at school today! Didn't miss him during the day it was nice just to have my youngest at home.. No yelling or fighting!! Was really glad to see him when I picked him up!! He was so happy from his day at school!

My weigh in this week will prob be a STS have had a shocking week! Doc advised till my cough and tight chest has gone avoid my exercise classes.. If nice tomorrow morning will walk to school good 30mins each way! My oldest will enjoy using his scooter :)
 
Back on track today :) no loss this week! But hey ho was not focused last week
 
100% today well in my cal level and only 36g fat!! Back on track!!! :)

So cross with myself over my injury to my heel! If ever give choice of trainers over boots to walk/run in.. Don't wear boots!

It sounds like you're getting on well (apart from being injured). I'm glad you ate the biscuit, children pick up on so much from their parents so it's vital he sees you have a healthy attitude to food.
 
Went to physio appt today for my Achilles heel defiantly needed it man said was going to take a few weeks to sort out! Am bit depressed about that as my weight loss will slow down.. Can't walk to school or go to Zumba!

Have another horrid cold too :(
 
Aww hun..I hope you feel better soon and your ankle starts healing up. I wouldn't worry about the weight loss slowing down, you'll soon catch up when you're fit and well :)
 
Thanks :) had another physio appt this morning.. Feels a bit better.. All strapped up again which really helps! Cold is going at last.. But my oldest boy had just got a runny nose again.. Am assuming this is second round lol
 
Rubbish day today!

Ended up with kfc for lunch.. Cooked lighter choices garlic bread for kids, they didn't want it! Tried to resist! Just ate the whole thing :(

Followed by a magnum ... Feel crap now., over full.. With a sugar spin going on..

I am determined to have a 100% day tomorrow! I am also putting out the welcome matt for monsieur Tango!

WI today, STS this week.. Have done no exercise because of my injury to my heel, my heel feels bit better.. Still sore to walk any distance :(
