Making hairy dieter skinny beef lasagne., with leeks instead of pasta sheets .. But using a normal white sauce made with spelt flour.
Well defiantly a gain, 0.9kg on this week (84.5kg). I'm sure it will drop off again once I get back to normal WOE![]()
