Hi, Just joined and doing a mixed SW and JUDD type thing; if you love vegetables and chilli/spicy stuff, I can recommend microwaving a decent size chunk of cauliflower (8-10 oz = about 40 cals or so) and then fixing a microwave sauce with 1/4 tinned chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper and a generous teaspoon of Schwatz Spicy Italian blend or anything with a bit of a chilli kick (about 20 cals)
Add a drop or two of Tabasco if you like - I find that the heat makes me eat it slowly and feel satisfied!
