Meli's Weight Loss Diary 2011

Well from my session last night think it's all about the planning and having something ready to eat when I get home from work. So...got up early today and made myself a fresh new batch of BNS soup and have my menus all set for today. Really need to stick to them.

Struggling to fit in time for the gym, but will try to go at least 3 days at night between Thursday and Sunday. I know I'll probably struggle a bit with this as I have most of my energy during the day and feel drained by the night time, but need to just DO IT!

Today's menu:
Green Day

Breakfast- Fresh Fruit Cocktail
(Not allowed to eat at work, so just had 2 green lemon teas and 1 glass of water)
Lunch- BNS soup and Spinach and Quark Dip with 6 WG Crackerbread (HEB)
Snack- Shapes Yogurt
Dinner- Egg, Baked Beans, Quorn Sausages and SW chips (looking forward to this)
Snack- Melon (SS) and 42gAll Bran (HEB) with Skimmed milk (HEA) --bound to get a good poo tomorrow!

Syns: Might have an Alpen Light with Green Tea if still hungry at night... (EDITED- had 1 Alpen Light (3syns and 1 mini twister 4 syns)

Water: 1.5 litres
Exercise: None

First 100% day yesterday and at the end of the day did fit in a few more syns (as I had the Alpen light and mini twister after dinner), but still within the limit.

SW Chips were so nice...will have them again later in the week.

The All Bran has done it's work and had a good number 2 today.:D

Green Day:

Breakfast- 2 clementines and 1 pear
At work (.5 litre of water and 2 green lemon teas)
Lunch- BNS Soup starter, Edited: Quorn Sausges with Baked Beans
Snack- Shapes yogurt, 1 Alpen Light (.5 HEB), 3 Ryvita Crackerbread (.5HEB) with 1 Extra Light LC cheese (HEA)
Dinner- Edited: 2 Fried Eggs with SW chips and Ketchup (1 syn)
Snack- Edited: 12 Mikados (6 syns), 42g All Bran (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA), Mini Twister (4 syns)

Water: 1.5 litres
Exercise:None

Well done on getting back into the swing of things. I love a meal like your dinner last night, really defies belief that it's a diet! Think that's what I'm having tomorrow :)

You know today has also been a 100% day and I am really stuffed now. Unfortunately forgot the Quorn Meatballs when out shopping today, so had the SW chips again today. Editing my menu for Lunch and Dinner today as I had to change it.
 
Today has been another 100% day, although didn't get a chance to go to the gym (one of my husband's cousin died in a motorcycle accident and he was only 24, so been a sad day around here).

Stuck to plan...

Green Day-
Breakfast- banana, clementine
Fried Egg with Baked Beans
Snack- Mikados (3 syns)
Lunch- BNS Soup, Crabsticks (HEB)
Snack- Shapes Yogurt, Apple
Dinner- Quorn Sausages, Mushrooms, Spinach with Dhal curry (3-4 syns for oil)
Snack-2 Alpen Lights (HEB) with Green Lemon Tea, 2 Oranges

Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: None
 
Yesterday was a 100% day, but don't remember everything that I ate at this moment.

Today----it's another story--First of all * week is here :mad: and 2nd of all those Asda Chocolate Chip Cookies took over....it was all going so well until our visit to Asda this afternoon and I just couldn't resist and had not 1, but 3 cookies!!!!! argghhhh after all this week I've been so good. Well now I am suffering from bad stomach pains and keep going to the toilet, so maybe that will be flushed out of my system by tomorrow??? Who knows??? Will be back on plan tomorrow- promise.

Today's menu

Red Day-

Breakfast- Egg with Baked beans (HEB) with Mushrooms
Snack- 2 Oranges
Lunch- Banana, 3 Asda Chocolate Chip Cookies (syns??????), 2 pieces of white bread with salami (not sure if I should syn this???)
Snack- 2 oranges, 3 mini eggs (syns???)
Dinner- Big piece of Pangasius Fish with Tikka Boti Spice mix
Snack- Shapes Yogurt

Water: 1.0 litre
Exercise: None


Need to cut down my syns tomorrow and Monday if I'm in for any loss on Monday night.
 
Hiya luvvly, yes I'm sure you'll be fine!! Some 100% days this week will surely help!!! I've been a good girl all week but feeling all bloaty and premenstrual and normally at such times the results aren't favourable on the scales!!! After my gain last week I'll be sooooo gutted if I STS or gain...ggggrrrwwww!!!X
 
Had to go to another WI today and results are: STS. Guess I'm okay with that as I haven't been 100% this past week.
Today is not a great day though as I indulged in 2 cupcakes after WI :cry:
Will be back on track from after this post ---promise !

Heeeyyy, that's not too bad is it?! Could have been worse! And re. the cupcakes, don't forget with any slip ups, its not about the deed, its about how you deal with it afterwards! Just see tomorrow as a new week! I'm off to WI now! I've had a good week but its *time again which usually spells disaster and I feel bloated and yuck!!x
 
Hi Meli long time no speak. Disappeared for a while because I couldn't get back into it. Its amazing how our journeys mirror each other.

You know you can do it you have been a source of inspiration to me and many others so now its time to look after yourself.

I have started a new diary for a new start, have looked at new recipes, started the shred :eek: and generally given myself a kick up the bum to get the hell on with it :D

A new start is whats needed forget everything you have learn't and start again. New stats new tickers everything.

That's great! We all have periods when we lose the plot a bit and our minds are on other things! Glad to see u back! I'm good thanks, slow progress at the moment but getting close so fairly happy! X
