Thanks for the encouragement
Well from my session last night think it's all about the planning and having something ready to eat when I get home from work. So...got up early today and made myself a fresh new batch of BNS soup and have my menus all set for today. Really need to stick to them.
Struggling to fit in time for the gym, but will try to go at least 3 days at night between Thursday and Sunday. I know I'll probably struggle a bit with this as I have most of my energy during the day and feel drained by the night time, but need to just DO IT!
Today's menu:
Green Day
Breakfast- Fresh Fruit Cocktail
(Not allowed to eat at work, so just had 2 green lemon teas and 1 glass of water)
Lunch- BNS soup and Spinach and Quark Dip with 6 WG Crackerbread (HEB)
Snack- Shapes Yogurt
Dinner- Egg, Baked Beans, Quorn Sausages and SW chips (looking forward to this)
Snack- Melon (SS) and 42gAll Bran (HEB) with Skimmed milk (HEA) --bound to get a good poo tomorrow!
Syns: Might have an Alpen Light with Green Tea if still hungry at night... (EDITED- had 1 Alpen Light (3syns and 1 mini twister 4 syns)
Water: 1.5 litres
