Bought two 2 litre bottles of cherry coke zero in Asda. Great bargain, can't wait to have some as my treat tonight. It does not take a lot to make me happy!

Hi Marge
I did not have it in the end last night as I went to my friend's house and she gave me coke zero. Tonight I will be out with another friend and will drink coke zero at the pub we go to. Since I only drink 1 fizzy drink a day I am going to have to wait. Sorry. Thanks for wishme a good WI I have lost 2lbs this week and am delighted. I will undate ticker etc later but I am getting near goal now.

Hi all who commented on my 2lbs weight loss I had actually made a mistake so it was actually 2.5lbs so unbelievably I have now lost a stone. I am over the moon
I have also lost 1.5 ins off my bust, 2.5 ins off my waist and 1ins off my hips so a total of 5ins I am in all my size 12 clothes so now I need to aim for size 10 eeek!
