Day 11

Breakfast:

Oats o simple morning bar 4pp

Lunch:

War buttons 1/2 pitta, turkey slices and salad 3pp
Cottage cheese 3pp

Dinner: ham hock in mustard and parsley sauce 9pp

Snacks: to be decided haha
 
Ohhh yay im sooo excited weve been to cancun twice this time were getting married in Playa del Carmen as its a lot quitter and beaches are unreal (im having a beach wedding!) eek so exciting!
 
I just realised I hadn't introduce my self properly (how rude!)

Im Jade 24, from Brighton. I've never been under 10 stone...well maybe when I was around the age of 6 or 7 years old lol! I was on a TV show and managed to lost 1stone 10 lbs and since then i've just been yo-yoing not good, I know :( With the wedding being 1 year away I knew I had to do something steady but I will see big results in the long run...and here I am! Im currently on day 11 I don't feel bloated and don't feel like im missing out on anything! I haven't been using any weeklies...but I don't feel like I need them...that may change in the long run!

Heres to 2 stone target!!! yay

is it expensive over there?

u seem to be doing well on ww so far!
i mainly use my weeklypoints on alcohol/takeaway at the weekends! i normally can stick to 29 thru the week

I love a takeaway but I worry coz weigh ins on a Monday :( so haven't been using weeklies :( I've been to Thorpe park today and stuck to ww took my own packed lunch lol yeah Mexico cost everyone 1400 it's absolutely beautiful :)

Yeah babe defo gonna do that I may treat myself to a curry next weekend ;) cannot believe how much self discipline I've gained haven't even been tempted to cheat...mind you only on day 12 lol!!! Hope second WI Monday is good :D

Breakfast: Mcdonalds philly light bagel & Hash brown 10pp
Lunch: 3 x crispbreads 1x ww tuna 5pp
Dinner: M&S chicken breast in mushroom sauce and veg 7pp
Snack: M&S low fat fruity thick yoghurt 3pp
