Mexico bride next september

Doing good didnt have a great last few weeks as was on holidays and then just ate all around me last week but back on track this week so hopefully will lose the weight i put on last week :)

My sister are the same they lose more than me most weeks and they are lot smaller than me im putting it down to im dieting for years and they havnt so my metabolism isnt great :)

Thanks ya was doing good up till last two weeks cant wait until i can buy a smaller size clothes still in same size which goes to show how tight they must have been on me lol,

You wont find it until you get to the ten weeks and if you are going the way your are going you have loads gone

Lunch:WW thai red curry 6pp
Dinner:M&S chicken and mushroom meal 7pp M&S fruity yoghurt 3pp
Snacks: 2x ww cocnut biscuits 4pp

Sorry haven posted for a few days (haven't called off the wagon!) I had my first curry in 3 weeks sat night back on track ;)

Breakfast- grapes 0pp
Lunch- M&S ham and egg roll, quavers grab a bag 15pp
Dinner- count on us curry 9pp

I'm getting their Hun! I jut don't feel like I'm dieting...is that normal lol feeling so happy already and still got ages to go! Eekkk x

I feel like that ALL the time so don't worry! It's more about a lifestyle change than depriving yourself. X

Amazing, just noticed today..weighed myself a few days ago with 3lb Los now looks like it's gone back up :(
