Microwave Chana Masala - Syns??

I don't suppose anyone would know how to go about giving this a syn value? It's like the Innocent veg pot (size wise). It's half boiled rice and half chick pea masala! Any guesses? I'm presuming because it contains chick peas and rice it isn't as simple as just using the kcal value?

Any help would be really appreciated!! I need to write a review for it. I'm happy not to eat it if needs be (but would prefer to lol!)
