Day 8. Another day off due to hangover.
Weetabix, soup, eggs, crisps, biscuit bar, pasta with chopped tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, basil, grated cheese.
Day 9
B - overnight oats with petit filous (3 syns, hexb)
L- pasta, leftover pepper sauce, cheese (hexa)
D- gammon, mash (3 syns), sweetcorn
S- Total with raspberry pomegranate (2 syns), coffee (5 syns), fruit
Not sure whether this will hold out in terms of sticking to my syn total for today but let's hope. I need to make some diet cream soda rice pudding for a Free snack.
Day 10
B- pret breakfast pot (2 syns)
L- leaving do at work and I cracked. Sandwiches (hexb, 15 syns), crisps (5 syns), biscuits (10 syns)
D- pasta with pepper sauce, cheese (hexa)
S- coffee (3 syns), fruit, yoghurt
Groundhog Day 1
B- weetabix (herb), milk (hexa)
L- boots chicken, couscous salad (2 syns)
D- rice, Mediterranean veg, 3 chicken frankfurters (7.5 syns)
S- coffee (2 syns), 3 mini babybel (6 syns), fruit, yoghurt, garlic bread (7 syns)
Obviously well above my syn allowance but I want to start my diary today so I don't keep putting off doing it properly. Disasterous result on the scales this morning!
