0.6lb back on this morning - not sure why.

PV today:

B: choc mint muffins
S: cottage cheese
L: roast chicken & beetroot
S: muffin (& off-plan - 4 small ginger biscuits)
D: jacket potato with tuna & lf mayo with mixed veg - not quite on plan.

After a lovely day out, some bubbles, cake, and a takeaway curry, I've put 3lb back on this morning - temporarily.

Today and tomorrow will both be slightly off-plan (but under control) and I plan to have shed the 3lb by my weekly weigh-in on Friday.

......and I'm still under 11st!!!!
 
11st 0.4lbs...that's what I've gone back up to after my few days off-plan. Not too bad - and definitely rescue-able for weigh-in on Friday.

So today and tomorrow will be PP days to get back into the swing of things.

Food plan for today:

B: yogurt & 1tbs wheatbran & sf jelly crystals
S: tin of mackeral fillets & cottage cheese
L: oatbran porridge
S: 3 slices of ham
D: {whispers....3 small scones fell in my mouth....followed by a bit of chocolate}

Back to it again!
I've got the staying power of a not-very-staying-powered-thing on a not-much-staying-power-day!

Ok - I was 11st 3.8lb this morning - mainly carb and red wine fuelled over the last few days. So today is a PP day:

B: cottage cheese
L: smoked salmon & 1tbs ff from frais
S: oatbran, yog & jelly crystals
D: spicy mince

So I was back to 11st 2.4lb this morning. 1.4lbs off since yesterday but a whopping 4.4lb on since last Friday. Just shows what a few carby foods and a couple of bottles of wine can do!

So - today has been another 100% PP day. Just need to keep it up.

B: choc & orange muffin loaf
L: same
S: sardines
D: 2 cajun tuna steaks followed by ff nat yog & sf jelly crystals.
 
Well yesterday I was down to 10st 13lb and today it's 11st exactly.

Today (and for the next week) is PV:

B: oatbran porridge
L: sardines, cucumber & yellow pepper
S: yog, 1tbs wheatbran & sf jelly crystals
