STS this morning.

Today's a PP day:

B: curried chicken pieces for breakfast - unconventional...maybe - yummy - YES!
S: small bowl of ff nat yog with 1tbsp wheatbran & sf jelly crystals
S: chunk of cheese
L: oatbran porridge
S: small dish of mousse/blancmange
D: spicy mince followed by more mousse!

1.8lbs off this morning - woohoo!

Today is PV but I'm out and about so not well planned (for a change???)!

B: oatbran porridge with cinnamon
L: cheese, celery, cucumber & carrot
S: a small choc crispy cake - taste tester!
D: bowl of ff nat yog, sf jelly crystals & 1tbsp of wheatbran
S: pistachio nuts

Not exactly Dukan all the way today!

STS today - nowhere near enough protein yesterday.

Today's PV food plan (PP tomorrow):

B: pot of cottage cheese with black pepper & onion powder
L: celery sticks with a quark, black pepper & cayenne dip
S: ff nat yog with oatbran & ginger.....lots of dairy so far - need to sort that out!
S: slice of cheese & a tomato
D: quorn bolognese & green beans

0.8lbs off on Friday morning.
Official weekly weigh-in from Friday morning - a weekly loss of 1.8lbs - pleased with that.

But have been away this weekend so tomorrow's weigh-in may not be so positive...
 
0.4lb on after my weekend away. Not too bad.

PP day today:

B: oatbran & cinnamon porridge
L: pot of cottage cheese with some black pepper & onion powder stirred in - tastes nicer than it sounds!
S: slice of cheese
D: omelette

Ok - so back to reality - still nearly a stone to go...

PV day today:

B: oatbran porridge & cinnamon
L: 1/2 a tin of tuna & a tomato
S: 2 slices of cheese
S: ginger biscuit & 5 fruit pastilles (let myself get too hungry)
D: 2 chicken breasts, broccoli, sprouts & carrots

I dont know how you can face weighing yourself every day LOL takes me to step on the scales once a week and im a bag of nerves...mind you i dont have fancy scales that tell me to the ounce how much ive lost

I find it easier to weigh every day and then I don't get any big shocks if I've had a blip (ahem - 2 bags of mini cheddars...).
My scales were a cheapo set from somewhere like Argos I think. They only split down in 0.2lbs. Mind you - I do get a bit OCD about it and they always have to go in the exact same spot in front of the washing machine so that I know that I get an accurate reading......
 
think we are all OCD... i have a certain tile in the kitchen i like lol
 
I've let myself down...

Got the munchies yesterday afternoon...half a pack of ginger biscuits, 2 penguin biscuits, a non-Dukan dinner and 3 bottles of lager....

And today hasn't been any improvement!

Weekly weigh-in this morning and I'm back in the 11s - 11st 0.6lb to be precise - a weekly gain of 0.4lbs - not impressed with myself at all.

Need to do a shop as I have no yogurts and hardly any cottage cheese.

Will post a menu over the weekend when I'm back in the zone - am still reading the board in the meantime.
 
Monday morning - a fresh week...1lb on this morning - not surprised.

PV day today to get back into it.

B: oatbran porridge & cinnamon
S: 1 slice of ham
L1: broccoli soup
L2: sardines
D: spicy quorn mince
