It's a cereal bar made by Kellogg's that can be used as a healthy extra b choice. There's milk and dark chocolate ones, the dark are the nicest I think. A good alternative to hifi bars:)
 
Green again today. Is it only Tuesday??? This week is dragging already.

B- usual (hea & b)

Break- apple & French fries (4 syns)

L- mug shot, apple, clementine, fibre plus (heb), ww yog.

D- 2 cauldron sausages (1), 'fried' eggs, chips, beans, mushrooms. Edit- its now going to be the sausages, baked potato, beans & cheese. Am tired, hungry and fed up. and it's getting on a bit so not doing chips tonight. I got a text today of pizzahut (random!) and was reminded of the 2 for one offer on Tuesday. It's taking all my willpower to resist. If I wasnt trying to save money id have ordered it right now. Wish I hadn't got on the scales. Feel a bit like I've been kicked while I'm already down. Work has been tiresome & I know I'm doing a job I hate on thurs and dreading the inevitable stress already:/ doom! Gloom!

Supper- graze black pepper cracker things with chutney dip (5). Absolutely delicious! Yum yum yum. Quite spicy, but pleasantly so a super tasty:)

Well that's me displeased! Just weighed and I've put on bloody 1.5lb!! Grrr! Been allowing myself more like 12 syns a day in an attempt to maintain and looks like I'm heading for a gain tomorrow night. Gutted;(
 
Weigh in tonight, not looking forward to that but I always look forward to class. Just feeling frustrated at the mo!

Today is green again.

B- boiled dippy eggs, soldiers (heb, 2.5 syns spread), banana, coffee (hea)

Break- French fries (4), apple

L- mug shot, apple, yogurt, fibre plus.
 
And I got my gold & platinum body magic which I'm super pleased about. Sat with the book earlier and worked out that my power walking to and from work/train station qualifies for gold level & I've been doing it for 18 months:)

Right, anyway. Enough of sulking. God knows how many syns I've eaten tonight. Had 6 chocolates at 3 each so 18 plus the Chinese..

Tomorrow morning back on plan. I will vary my breakfasts! Have a lovely stir fry planned for tomorrow & need to vary my healthy bs. So weetabix tomorrow for breaky. With an apple instead of a nana. Milk will be measured. Superfree will include more veg. I will not go out of target! Syns will be 5-10 this week.

:-( it's not fair.... but just keep reminding yourself of how far you've come an 2lb is nothing, I think at target you will always be up an down a little, it's learning to keep on track an not go back to where you were.

Thank you:) woke up today still feeling a little sad, but I'm determined to see a - in my book next week! So planning how I can mix things up this week to see a loss. Considering the unheard of for me- a red weekend! I love my carbs so much, so maybe forgoing them for 2-3 days could shock my body into losing again? Also going to try to aim for around the 5 syn mark this week. Done a lot of green days so today is extra easy, even though I'm not having meat. I don't think I ate enough superfree last week. So tonights tea will be a superfree extravaganza! Also aiming to drink more.

And..... I've hidden my scales. I will not touch them or torture myself with them this week!

So day 1 not weighing!

And for the food....

B- 2 x weetabix (heb), part hea milk (measured it!!), apple, water, coffee (more hea)

Break- orange aldis own options type drink- 2 syns. 2 clementines.

L- mug shot, apple, 2 clementines, muller light.

d- quorn singapore vermicelli (with baby corn, beansprouts, peppers, onions, mushrooms), with noodles (1.5).

options indulgence-3 syns

total 6.5 syns:)

well done! thats great:D a loss is a loss no matter how big or small and breaking the next stone barrier always feels great.

just got everything ready for my omlette im having for breakfast tomorrow. also the scales are now in my daughter's room so i cant get to them at all in the morning without waking her. trying to vary my breakfast everyday. going well so far, had weetabix today, boiled eggs day before and omlette tomorrow.
 
Ee today, day 2 of not weighing!!

B- omelette (3 eggs, loads of mushrooms, spring onions, bacon, hea cheese), apple

Break- 2 clementines, 2 hifi light heb)

L- left over stir fry from last night (1.5), 2 clementines.

D- 3 ww cumberland sausages (1.5), sw piri piri chips, huge pile of broccoli, carrots & baby sweet corn.

Supper- graze fruit and nut case punnet- raisins, hazelnuts and chocolate chips 8.5 syns

Total syns 12.

That sounds like a good plan No scale hopping !!!! before I started sw I would be on an off all the time but being very good now, also my girlies are 10 & 8 an I don't want them to see me paranoid about the numbers(they always want to have a go) want them to have a healthy diet not panic about how much they weigh :)

My little girl likes to get on the scales, she's only 2, but she loves to copy things we do. I don't think she understands what they do. I've lost almost 3 of her since I started this journey & I find her hard to carry for a long time!

I'm working tomorrow morning so I'll be up at 6 tomorrow! Got a supermarket shop to do and that's all my plans, will probable go for a walk with the little one, do some of my work for my specialist diploma and do the housework. Not exciting but needs doing:) hope you have a nice weekend planned. I'm quite lucky in that I've virtually finished the Christmas preparations already so avoiding all the crowded shops.
 
Up for work at 6 am for work. Always grim on a Saturday! Planning on a nap this afternoon as I'm shattered!

Day 3 of not weighing. I'm finding this difficult as I really do feel I've gained more. My tummy feels bigger:/ im keeping away from them and hoping that by weds I will have a loss. Feeling a bit deflated with it all but I've got 2 choices of keeping going or giving up. 2nd choice is neither appealing nor something I want to do so plodding on it is. I will honestly cry if it's another gain.

So green today

B- double porridge (56g- 2 x heb and most of my hea) to get me till 1-2 ish without chance for snacks. Banana, coffee, water.

L- mug shot, 2 clementines, muller light, water, coffee (hea take 2!)

D- today has been mad! So I didn't get my tea till 9! Had a pasta n sauce (1syn) with some peas, 2 clementines, graze punnet containing honey glazed peanuts, cashews & peanuts. Mmm. 10 syns

11 syns total.

Thank you:) had a good morning at work, all went well, got everything I needed to do done & my little girl had fun at the party we went to. She's fast asleep now.

Trying to drink plenty. Today I didn't get a morning break so trying to make up for it now.

I'm keeping going:) I will get that 3lb off! X
 
Thought id do a quick update. Feeling much more positive today. Kept away from the scales again, they were messing with my head, so I'm going to try my best not to weigh till group. Going to be wierd going in completely blind as to how I've done as I can usually guess the result according to my scales. Im usually right!

Went to asda today and spent over £40 on nappies, loo rolls, baby wipes and dishwasher tablets and with my multibuy savings and £5 off voucher I got that and my week's shop for 3 for £97 which wasnt bad. Also bought a large chicken and lots of fresh stuff.

Mum and dad are coming tomorrow, so I'm doing an extra easy day and roast chicken for dinner. Just 1 syn on gravy:)

After the supermarket I made some bacon, egg and cheese muffins. My husband loved them, had 2 and he wanted more. They are just mini versions of the sw quiche recipe so completely free. I might make some more with half a cherry tomato on top for the miss slinky party on weds. At the last group my friend was telling the other ladies to vote for me! Don't think I'll get it though, there's a new lady who's doing really well and I think she'll win, but we'll see.

So feeling better, I think I need to accept that for me maintaining will be following plan as if I'm trying to lose as I seem to have a four weekly gain. It's fairly regular from what I can see in my book and I've had quite a few unexplained gains along the way. The first time it happened I was devastated as I was something like 0.5lb away from my next award. It also happened last time I did sw and ended up giving up. I can't believe that at the beginning of jan I will have been following sw for a full year. I think that shows I've made it a permenant lifestyle choice. When I had that Chinese on weds I found it almost impossible to eat. The chips I once loved I found greasy, the sweet & sour was heavy and salty and just too much. I felt sick after about 3 mouthfuls of it! Still really enjoyed spring rolls and prawn toast though;) haha!

Right, bedtime. It is now midnight, I got up at 6 and I'm beyond tired! Day off tomorrow. So I shall stop wittering on!

L- small as I had breakfast late, apple & one of my muffins:)

Just made some sf strawberry jelly, with any luck it will be set by tonight:) just realised its my friend's hen night in 2 weeks. We are having a vintage tea party, making Christmas wreaths, going for a curry and out in Leeds. Busy synful day! Im going to try to get rid of this 3lb I've gained and hopefully a little more to give me a buffer. My goal for Christmas is to be at the bottom of target to give me a buffer so I can have the day off on Christmas eve & Christmas day. Although I am planning a sw turkey dinner. The synful part will be the tiramisu I'm doing after! I must stop with these essays! Lol:)

D- roast chicken, roast potatoes (sw of course!), broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, gravy (1 syn). My pile of veg was huge!!

Supper- sf strawberry jelly with a strawberry tart ww yog on top. 1 syn. Kind of like a trifle:)

Syns- 4.5.
