Final check in one this. But firstly I’d like to congratulate each person who tried. Whether you lost a lb or a stone it is a step in the right direction and thank you everyone for all the support. My loss this week is 2 3/8 so really happy even though I didn’t hit target or get anywhere near original target 😂

One more day left,how is everyone doing. I'm failing completely but it surprisingly as if I'm not sitting on an office chair I'm lying on my back on the couch, very little movement at all.
Your not failing, sometimes our health issues take precedence. Concentrate on getting well firstly then you can go back to losing weight. fighting two battles at once is so difficult best concentrate on one then tackle the other once one battle is won. Like Violet said the next challenge might be better timed for you and we will be celebrating your milestones once you are fixed.

Last week of this challenged ended in a stall, didnt reach target but lost 10lbs and i think with the meds and health issues i did well. well done to everyone who took part as shrinking said every pound is progress. :)

10lbs is still a good amount of weight to lose in the allotted time averages out at nearly 1lb a week it makes you 10lb closer to your goal so that is a win in anyone's books.
