1746 for sunday Dizzy. Gonna be over 6 thou today though... running around tween work and hospital. keeping OH in for more tests but definatly has a kidney stone just above bladder and infection in prostate. Oh well, he's in best place to get sorted !!!

Congratulations Sonkie on your best steps to date. You must be really feeling a difference in your fitness with all these steps you've been taking lately. Close call between Tasha, Anja and myself. Who'd have though you'd miss out on Princess at over 11,000 steps Anja. A good day for all three of us.

Lesley hope you have had a less stressful day today and not suffered too much today after all those steps around A&E. Hoping all is well!
