I don't think it's very fair for me to be in the league for this but doing the moonwalk yesterday I did 62,483 steps!! Thats about 57,889 aerobic steps (492 mins of areobic excercise) 1876 kcals used and 43.24km (is that about 26.2 miles?)

wooooooooooooo!!! so glad I had my pedometer. No excuse for only doing 2000 odd steps now is there?!

Hello everyone, remember me , I sort of lost the way with the old pedometer, but today I have dusted it off again as I'm determined to get myself fitter again.

I'm suffering with a really bad back at the moment and I can't walk very far, so my steps will be low for a while, but I want to get back into the habit of wearing it again and recording my steps.

Sorry your back is still so bad I was hoping it would be easing now.

Don't worry about your steps being low we all do what we can. What with coping with injury's, weather etc many of us seem to be finding our steps are lower than we would like at the moment.
