Breakfast.
Mushroom and spring onion omelette. HexA cheese.


To get me through the day (luncheon and snackage)


Dinner - carbonara, I will bloody have it!!

Will work out syns shortly. Duty calls at work. Damn work getting in the way all the time.

It is 6.5 syns. Not too bad considering it's flippin' gorge! Lunch in 10, can't wait to get it in my belly xx

Mega marshmallow hifi light bar - second day in a row.



Am going to take the banana and yogurt home for 'pudding' today and the melon I'll have for breakfast tomorrow.

Looking forward to dinner very much. Making in a pretty traditional way but with added 'shrooms and red onion for some superfree (and I just personally love the taste) and of course garlic. Ooooh!! Just remembered about the ciabattas' HexB choice to be had as well. Best get my shopping list correct before I head off tonight!

I can't have It any more all my clients complain that I stink! Lol! All your food looks mega yummy as usual! And I had a big old chuckle at ur hangover! xx

Hello lovey, its 30g for a HexB and although doesn't look much if you slice a banana into it then its better. Also I found it a lot more filling using a mullerlight rather than milk.
As for garlic, I currently wreak of it! Delish xx

Evening all!

Dinner. One word. WOW. Never done it like this but seriously, it was amazing. I got some fresh parmagianno from tesco (Tesco finest actually ) and used a HexA in the eggs. Bloody handsome. The ciabatta rolls were baked for 5 mins, then I cut them open, sprayed with olive oil frylight, under the grill till toasted and rubbed cut garlic over the top.






Even The Boy was like 'this is the nicest one you've ever cooked'. No cream, quark or philli in sight! I will cook it like this now for forever!!!

Syns! So lunch was the innocent pot at 6.5, had a pink n white @ 2.5. Going to have a hazlenut cadburys hot chocolate for another 2 topped with light squirty cream for a massive half a syn! Will have that with my hifi light to complete my HexB choice. 11.5 total for today. Woo!

Apparently if u take the green stem thingy out of the garlic then it doesn't make u smelly after, result! I tried it once & it worked for me x
