How you feeling now Minks??

Rough. Haven't really moved from watching trash. Managed to put a roast on although I felt really sick by the end of it :D

We are having roast chicken, roast potatoes, BNS and carrots, onions, cabbage and gravy. Feast. Hour to go for it to be ready.

I am officially dying.

Got in at half 2 ish, decided I was super hungry (didn't get a kebab, go me!) and would make chips. Put them in the oven and proceeded to fall asleep fully clothed. Clever.

Eurgh. Death.

Shame about the chips, although I love that even when leathered you choose SW chips rather than fat chips ;)
 
Morning! I guess I'm feeling a little bit more human today but I could still easily sleep and do nothing again. Feel really lazy.

Food plan.... Not really sure.

Breakfast - banana and some grapes.
Lunch - grapes - punnet, mullerlight
Dinner - leftover chicken and veggies (Brussels, roasted cauliflower cheese, cabbage)
Hifi bar or special k bar for HexB, cheese HexA with dinner.

Doesn't seem a lot, going for damage limitation after my weekend. Got badminton tonight 6-7, also got it tomorrow 6-7.

Been looking at extra exercise and the gym I play at have a beginners spin class on a Sunday morning so thinking about going along and seeing what it's all about...
 
Looks like I can have today as a Red day actually. Going to have 3 x sweet onion Ryvita for a HexB and a little pot of ex light philli for 2 syns for my breakfast along with the banana. Save my grapes for lunch time!

Am going on holiday soon- lucky me. It's taken me a long time to get my head engaged to lose weight - any tips for me to not gain weight at an all inclusive resort! Help me please!

Hiya! It all depends on where you are going and what they are offering in regards to 'all inclusive'. Some places have a huge array of fresh fruits and yogurt, muesli, omelettes to order, different breads and continental meats with the breakfasts. Plenty of choice there. There could possibly be fresh fish and is guaranteed to have some form of chicken, salads and rice or new potatoes may come as the sides for the mains - and it could be that they have both these sorts of things for the lunch and dinner menus. Maybe give us a link to the resort and can take a look? Lucky you though on going away!! xx

Tuesday 29th alarm set 04:30 Start 07:30 as normal till 15:30, badminton 6-7, SW 19:30-21:00
Wednesday 30th alarm set 04:30 Start 07:30 finish 21:30, travel back ETA 2300
Thursday 31st Start 12:00 (so leave Crawley at 10:30), finish 21:30, travel back ETA 23:00
Friday 1st – alarm set 04:30 Start 07:30, finish 14:00

Pretty busy and long days. Now comes the question....what the hell do I eat and when do I get chance to cook/eat! Planning is a must I think if I am to stay on track and have a loss. I'm tired just thinking about thinking about it!! Plan on going out for a couple of drinks Friday night, nothing like Saturday just gone but I will need it after this week. Syns will be kept low for the week so I can enjoy a little indulgence. I'm thinking that maybe cooking up a batch of veggie pasta for lunches and dinner for ease and then I am so going to get a chicken kebab with loads of salad and chilli sauce on Thursday - kebab shop over the road from the train station that I can call and collect from on my way home - treat of the month!!

Looks like the boy doesn't want leftover chicken - never tastes right apparently? Wierdo. So I will be chucking together a chicken and cheese salad for dinner instead of chicken and veg. Quicker than that option and can chill a bit earlier than expected.

So it's -
B - ryvita and philli light, banana. 2 syns and HexB
Mid am - special k bar HexB
Lunch - grapes and mullerlight, 1 ryvita and scrape of philli light 3 syns
Dinner - chicken and HexA cheese salad (lettuce, cucumber, pepper, spring onion, pickled red cabbage), boiled egg, tbsp Mayo 1.5 syns.

Total syns 6.5.
