Holiday Countdown!
Ha! No the bath was completely dry and we don't have radiators in the flat, just storage heaters and not beside the bed or anything (not that they are ever on!). It absolutely kills. And the blister is getting bigger
The boy and I are both so confused!
Emsie - the cheesecake was beautiful. It had cherry 'blobs' throughout the top and flakes almonds over the top of it. It was from Iceland and I think it was only like £2? Didn't even look at the packaging for syns!
Curry was lovely. Had chicken dhansak, cauliflower bhaji, onion rice and chicken tikka pieces. mini naan bread on the side too. So syns weren't hugely high as it was half portions of everything.
Still have half pots left over for tea tomorrow.
Going to the boys mums for Sunday roast tomorrow, another meal out of my control. Pah. Ah well, 9 stone shiny the following week xx

Holiday Countdown!
I'm going to wrap my arm in cling film to protect it tonight, worried about popping the blister. It looks like a burn but I know that I didn't use anything hot that would make that sort of burn though... Bizarre xx
My friend thought it might be a spider bite after she googled bites and came across this picture (and a few others)
It looks a lot like mine! Maybe a spider crawled up the plug hole, took a bite and then ran back down!
Stupid chemists and shops are shut tomorrow cause of it being Easter Sunday. I'll wait till Monday I guess xxx

Hun you can still go to a walk in centre tomorrow. Its best to get it checked out. I did think about saying it could be a bite as I had one similar years ago, I just didnt want to seem cheeky lol. Id been out on a hen night and stayed at daughters. When I woke the next morning I had a massive blister like that just above my ankle. I blamed a bite cos she had 2 house rabbits in the living room and id slept in the sofa, I blamed a tic or something from the rabbits. So it could possibly be a bite

there will be an emergency chemist open in your area hun just google it. You should go get it looked at even if its just by the pharmacist for now. Looks sore xxx

Minkx there are pharmecists on duty in the supermarket chemists. I asked one a couple of weeks ago to attend to this guy in front of me in the que who seemed to be having a heart attack. Go in the morning or call your doctor's surgery they always give you a number to talk to doctors on duty. But I would say supermarket is your best bet.

Tick bites often have a bullseye round them. They can carry lyme disease so I would be careful and get it seen to. It looks nasty. Our dog gets ticks sometime so it is something I check Nate for (not that i am paranoid or anything!)

I'm a nurse & it definitely looks like a bite or ringworm! I'd definitely go to a walk in centre and get it looked at as soon as you can especially as the blister is getting bigger, you don't want it getting infected. Not in a scary way though I don't want to come across in the wrong way! Sometimes reading things sounds worse than its meant to

Morning All, Happy Easter!!
Thanks for the help and concern guys. I've just woken up and the blister is bigger but my arm doesn't feel as sensitive to touch. Question is, do I pop the blister before I knock it or it gets wet in the shower??
Totes bizarre.
Food plan for the day - breakfast.... Mushroom omelette I think. Something easy and no syns involved.
Lunch - dinner at the MIL so I think it's going to be a roast (all syns there, even the veg is laden with butter after I've spent 2 years asking for my to just be served plain...)
Dinner tonight - probably fruit or some leftovers from the freezer.
