I love a bit of Secret Eaters, its really gets me angry though - how can you NOT know how much you eat? The girl copped such an attitude over that apple pie and cream, going on about how she wouldn't have served such a great amount of cream and it was his fault that happen...although an hour beforehand she served that horrific sized 1600 cal sunday lunch to everyone! I can't stand people who blame others for what they eat - it really bugs me. But my its compelling viewing!
I took a leaf out of your book this morning Minks and made my lunch before work, it felt weird chopping onions and garlic at 7am, but hell I did it anyway! Sausage Pasta and Veg. I left a mighty mess mind you, it was a case of "wash up or miss my usual train" - I felt bad leaving it to Mick when he gets in so I missed my usual train!

I watched it too. Te bloke was ok, but that girl proper needed a slap. Was it his fault that she scoffed a share bag of chocolate and made me want it. Admit to what YOU put in your mouth. You don't have to eat everything in the house. I have to though *chomp chomp* ha.

Yes, you lunch looks gorg, are they those marinated prawns? They pop up in your diary quite a lot. Where are they from? Are they the tescos ones?

Have you tried the garlic ones? love them - everyone moans when I have them here cos they smell so strongly of garlic :giggle:
