MinkyDinkys SW Success Diary!!

I have just told my staff about the moisturing and lack of hand washing after 3 - they all agree you are weird! I thought I was bad enough stopping eating and drinking at 1. I must confess I have to have a sneaky wee when I get to WI even though I have been before I left home. Every ounce counts!!!!

I try and pee about 4 times between 5.30 and 7 when I leave for group. Sometimes I just sit on the loo hoping for a pee and it doesn't come... like its going to make a difference!! I've just had 3 more pineapple chunks and I'm done for the day :) xx
 
Don't know whats come over me but I've really got a fit of the giggles! Sat in my little corner and feel like I want to actually burst with laughter to the point of tears! (Not bad tears, just laughing tears!)

Think it might be that coffee I had an hour ago playing funny games with me. Got a cheshire grin going on... ahhhh! Xx

No, but have you weighed, showered and then weighed? Don't want to have the unnecessary scare ever again!! Think that might have been the start of WI rain phobia! Xx

Would an umbrella not help keep the extra rain water off you and keep your weight down?

I will be wearing a hat and a rain jacket with a hood but leggings. The rain would soak through them in a second and straight on to my skin. Hence, extra moisture! Its cool, just gotta keep the faith that those nasty black clouds are going to keep on moving without opening up at 5pm! Xx
 
Umbrellas don't work in Sussex.
They get blown inside out in 5 minutes. never had one last in 20 + years of living here.
and my old man thinks I'm strange for turning the house upside down every Thursday morning looking for my "weigh-in" bra!
