We sure do have a happy positive Friday feeling going on in here right now! And thank god it has cheered me up because if I'm honest, I felt like I was at breaking point stress wise and actually cried about 10 minutes ago
although I've felt positive, the work stress and some family stress has got on top of me and it kinda got a bit much this morning.
But you lovely lot have helped to turn that around and make me smile so thank you very much!
Food for today is another green one.
Breakfast - mushy peas on toast (1 slice Allison white bread, hexb)
Lunck - jacket potato with a cheesy mix. 30g cheddar grated hexA, spring onion, sweetcorn, jalapeños, mixed leaf salad/baby spinach, grilled red pepper.
Dinner - 2 quorn sausages 2 syns, bean mix (baked beans, chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, mushrooms, smoked paprika/chilli powder)
Snacks - banana, grapes, muller greek yog 0.5 syn
2.5 syns planned so far, HexA and B to use up. Maybe some cheese on dinner and a hifi light bar or 2 tonight while watching a movie to cheer me up xx
