I woke up...read your post and immediately fell back to sleep for 15 mins as the thought of exercise made me so tired! Haha!

Well done on the gym minks! I admire you for getting up. I just put lemon juice and herbs on my salmon but your combinaton sounds more oriental so would do that with a stirfry and then wrap in a foil tent if you get what I mean, so the top is triangular shape with a space between the fillet and the foil so it steams a bit. Then bake in the oven
I just use dry herbsThank you for the tip re foil tenting! I have 2 fillets so I can always do one with lemon and herbs. Is that dry herbs or fresh better? Xx

Love a good hot cross bun! Who cares if Easter is over! No idea what MET is on the treadmill but I think the pace means you averaged 8.34 minutes per kilometre! Don't know what I fancy. Might see if we still have any hot cross buns left and if so that with some philli lightest would be good for 9 syns.
