Thank you girlies! I set a target for 3lbs next week so I'm going to aim for more superfree this week and less free. I think I've become a little complacent with how much s.free I've been eating and that's naughty!
As for stickers I have them all on my book now but so shiny that you can't work out all the numbers on the sticks

I only have (ha, only!) 4 stone 5lbs to get to my first target. Although I'm a bit dubious about that, I might change it from 10s 7 to 11 for my first. I'm worried that my tummy area is going to cause problems but I'll decide as I get lower I guess.
