Ok, I thought I was going mad..I went looking for your diary again and ended up on the other one. I thought you had deleted all your photos..eek. Glad I found your food again!. I love all your lunch ideas. Can I ask how you make your courgette fritter?..Bet it's lovely with the hummus.
Hi
I've been reading your diary for a while and thought I'd say hello
Can I ask, do you make the humus yourself? I tried it the other day and it tasted horrid, I wondered if I'd done something wrong.

Will have to wait till i get my new phone though as i don't go on my laptop much!! Your meals look bloody gorgeous but if you don't mind me asking.. How much are you losing averagely a week? I eat quite similarly to you and was hoping to shed around 2lbs a week in time to bare the body on holiday in july! xx
Okker said:A big thanks for that!. PS..I forgot to say CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss earlier-it's brilliant!
MinkyDinky said:Hi Laura-Jane! Firstly - Welcome to SW and minimins! Good choices of eating plans and website so far Secondly - weight loss averages at 2lb (2.09lb to be precise!) as I took a month off and had a few occasions off plan but all the time I am on (which works out just under 9 months) I have the average loss. Which is great! Sometimes I may have a weird gain - beginning of January I upped my exercise and I retained fluid ergo 1lb on - but then continued and lost the following week.
One thing I would recommend as you are still new and your body won't have changed is to grab a tape measure and measure different parts of you. With losing weight and if you also exercise, your body made lose inches rather than pounds so it's good to measure once a month or so.
How you finding it so far? Good luck to you! Xx
