I agree with Mumma K!
Minky do you plan your meals the night before or the week ahead? You eat a lovely variety. I have found myself slipping a little so going back to basics. Making sure I weigh/ measure my HEX and ot having food amnesia lol

Dont plan my meals at all! Which is probably why they are varied. On the very odd occasion I will plan a week but that is very rarely - and I don't really follow it :)

OH is pretty good too, he eats what I put in front of him, although he did say that he was getting vegged out and needed some
Meat! He isn't even a fan of meat!

As for the curry last night, the sauce was made of cauliflower. Added the chicken, onion and spinach so definitely had my 3rd superfree!

What sort of foods do you like to eat DM? Xxx

I will eat pretty much anything (apart froum moussaka lol). Today for lunch I had a tuna salad with sweetcorn and a wholemeal roll followed by a vanilla muller light yogurt. Tonight is jacket potato, cheese and beans. Have planned my day today and even weighed the salad cream light lol! Have cheated with the JP - preprepared from tesco, currently half price and just 4.5 syns....can't resist a bargain. Been doing EE until now but have decided to try a green day.
Not much cooking happening here today....love to cook but being lazy.
Love your food diary Hun, keep up the great work xx

I love cooking but we had a lazy night last night and got a takeaway curry. OH has man flu so he 'needed' a vindaloo to help sweat it out apparently :) how were the jackets? Xx

Have missed you - they were lovely. Found the light choices version with cheese and chives and only 2.5 syns - just as nice. Gonna have 1 for tea tonight with beans. Am cooking the sticky pork stir fry for lunch with chicken instead! So quick and easy and love it. Had a heavy drinks night last night and have deffo exceeded my syns so dreading WI tomorrow - hubby's birthday......blaming him anyway! Hope you enjoyed your takeaway - yum x

Forgot to ask - bad Minks! - How did WI go for you? And as for the sticky pork, I am going to have to try that one but with Chicken. OH isnt a fan of pork and would happily live off chicken :) xx

I STS - hence determined to have 100% week. I have tried the chicken instead of pork and was lovely.
I have been saintly since Monday (weigh in Sunday) and would love to lose couple of pounds as fed up with measly losses and staying the same - my fault I know 'cos don't think I have had a single week 100%!!

Hey DM - had the sticky chicken last night (and for lunch today!) and was really nice. Only thing I would do differently is cook the chicken and stir fry veg separately. I found it took too much of the sauce off the chicken and I wanted sticky pieces! Flavour was lovely though and I will be having again :) xx

Hi Minky. Hope you don't mind, i have had a nosey around your food diary. It all looks amazing.

:)
