Lunch - apple, pear
Supper, veg cass, chicken - mullerlight
He A - milk
He B - oats
Syns freddo 5, 2 snackajack 5, protein powder 3 = 13
Fruit - grapes, pear, apple
I have had quite a good week, one evening my syns went over by about 25! I had a 2lb loss this week which spurs me on!
I may just write every few days, as writing food every day gets a bit 'samey'.
