I'm more cross with my son because he encouraged him up on to the bed!! Lol. He's been my little slave since, he's washed the dishes, made me a brew, got me my alpen lights out the cupboard for me.......;)

Breafast: 60g wholemeal bread (hex-b) with 40g low fat cheese (hex-a), sliced tomato and 2 tblspn extra light mayo (2)!!

Lunch: homemade bacon, veg and lentil soup!!

Dinner: homemade macaroni and cheese (2) with low fat cheese (hex-a)

Snacks: banana, 2 harvest morn cereal bars (hex-b), twister ice lolly (4.5), baked crisps (5),

Syns: cheese sauce for macaroni (2), extra light mayo (2), baked crisps (5), twister ice lolly (4.5)!!

Hex-a 1: 40g low fat cheese
Hex-a 2: 40g low fat cheese
Hex-b 1: 60g wholemeal bread
Hex-b 2: 2 aldi harvest morn cereal bars
 
Food looks lush hun. - In answer to your Q - I cant sleep if I go to bed early :( I wake at stupid o clock thinking ive been there all night and its probably only 2am then I cant get back to sleep again and im up at 6

Thanks chick, aww how rubbish hun...thats an early rise for you too... I think im hard done by havin to get up at 7 for riley for school lol!! Dont know if i could cope with an wven earlier rise... What time you normally head to bed hun xx
 
Im never in bed before 12 lol so I average 5.5hrs sleep maybe 6 at a push. I make up for it on a weekend I lie in until about 10 or 11 if I have no plans

God i dont think i could survive on that amount of sleep lol!! I try n get at least 7!! 5.5 hours and id be like a zombie all day ha! Good you get to catch up at weekend though xx
 
please can i have the recipe for the macaroni cheese I tried to make it once and it was awful xx

Here it is honey....
i find its easier to make on a green day as you get the extra hex's - i make it with aldi's bramwell cheese sauce (8.5) syns for the pack, but when divided by 4 of us i just count (2) syns each, you make it with 300mls of skimmed milk which i count from my hex-a allowance, and if you wanted (which i do) you can use your other hex-a allowance of low fat cheese to mix through the sauce to make it realllllly cheesy and save a little cheese to sprinkle on the top and pop under the grill with sliced tomatos till the cheese melts......?? I definitly think it is worth using the syns and the hex's because it tastes so rich and aurhentic xx
 
Friday 08/03/2013 extra easy:

Breakfast: "fry up" spring onion pork sausage (4) fried egg, bacon, baked beans, grilled mushrooms and tomato, cup of tea!!

Lunch: Probably just fruit as had a large breakfast!!

Dinner: fish tea: birdseye breaded fish fillet (7.5), slimming world chips, mushy peas and salad, 1 slice wholemeal bread (1/2 hex-b) and tspn flora light (1), tblspn tartare sauce (2)!!

Dessert: 0.5 syn cake with strawberries and low fat cream (1)

Snacks: harvest morn cereal bar (1/2 hex-b), ????

Syns: fish (7.5), flora light (1), tartare sauce (2), low fat cream (1), spring onion pork sausage (4)!!

Hex-a: 125mls semi skim milk & 20g low fat cheese!!
Hex-b: 1 slice of wholemeal bread & 1 harvest morn cereal bar!!
