Omg mad flasher alert pmsl!!! I love flash kitchen spray coz it smells of bleach but hate that it goes all soapy lol!! I use the blue flash with febreze..... I am obssessed with febreze l!!! It smells gorjus!! I still havnt got round to gettin those cloths...!! Quite gutted actually...!! I sometimea try n avoid b&ms when im not flash for cash coz i always spend a bloody fortune in that shop n mostly on crap lol...!!! Il fill you in on the gym an im gonna post a pic later of my gym clothes i bought....woo hoo...!! And im also ecstatic because i bought a new suitcase last night.... It is the funkiest thing... Zebra print lol!! You wont miss me at the airport lol!! Xx

haha, im scared of flying aswell, used to be fine then had a bad flight and now im a mess.... if i booked a holiday not for like september every day i would worry, my mum has to get me wrecked to be a little bit ok haha, last year flying back i was poorly so couldnt drink and any slight movement i was petrified, the flight was only 1.5hours.... i think there should be an injection for when you get on to put you to sleep xx

Breakfast: 2 weetabix + milk

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, coconut greek muller (0.5), grapes!!

Dinner: savoury mince with onion, carrot and turnip, mash potato, brussel sprouts and 2 small yorkshire puddings (4)!!



Supper: spaghetti pasta with olive oil spray (0.5) tomatos, mush, onion, garlic, basil and chilli !!





Snacks: none

Hex-a: 250 mls semi-skim milk!!
Hex-b: 2 weetabix!!

Syns: greek muller (0.5), small yorkshire puddings (4), olive oil spray (0.5): total (5)!!

Exercise: 1 hour at gym (40 mins cardio, 20 mins weights) and half hour dog walk!!

The persil antibacterial washing up liquid is a pinky red.....that's what mine is.
I can't find a pink antibacterial hand wash for the bathroom though :-(
