Surely 2 bottles of brandy is goin well over the syn allowance for the week?? And national guidelines for health??? I agree she should have said somethin.. Those members are settin bad examples for others... Esp newbies!! Its their lives and can do what they like with it but why te need to brag and basically rub it into the rest of us...!! Thats my wee rant over lol...!! Yukky snow here for us too... Sick lookin at it xx
 
I thot i was bad with my 27-41 syns worth of wine i have most weekends lol...!! My liver is breathin a little sigh of relief now haha...!! Xx
 
I think i will class my creamy tomato sauce as the same syns as a carbonara... In our books at the back in the restaurant section it lists a carbonara in the italian restaurant section as 12.5... Dya think that be a safe bet....?? Is the highest syn value in italian i can find...?? Xx
 
Friday 22/03/2013: extra easy!!

Breafast: "fry up" bacon, fried eggs, baked beans, grilled mushroom and tomatoes and a coffee!!

Lunch: chilli con carme with some leftover spaghetti...!! (0.5 made with lean mince), 2 hifi rocky road!!

Dinner: spaghetti bolognese and a rocket salad!! (1 syn made with lean mince)!!

Syns: 1.5 syns on lean mince!! Fruit split ice lolly (3)!! (bein a good girl today so as i can be a bad girl tomoz lol!! Saving syns for wine)!! Total: 4.5!! Weekly: 47.5/105!!

Hex-a: 250mls s/skim milk!!
Hex-b: 2 rocky road hifi bars!!

Snacks: slices of wafer thin smoked ham!! Fruit split ice lolly (3)!!

Exercise: 1 hour at the gym!!

I'm on my way to yours for food today! Lol. But I'll give the rocket salad a miss, yuck! We used to feed it to our lizards, they loved it but I think it's vile! :-D

I'll stick the kettle on chick...lol!! I looooove rocket... Love the peppery taste it has n love it stirred through pasta... Though im havin second thoughts now thinkin bout reptiles munchin it down pmsl...!!

Change of plan with lunch.... Made a pot of chilli, bolognese and savoury mince today and cooked off a full pack of spaghetti pasta so no one has to cook tonight as im workin late tonight.... So couldnt resist some if the chilli i made and just had it with some of te spaghetti as it was ready... Was yummy....

Quite chuffed with myself... Saved a fortune n have half the week dinners sorted...!! Off to deep clean my cooker now....its abs boggin after all that lol...!! Xx
 
How organised are you lady!!! lol - Fab planning. My sis would love you pmsl - she takes the pi$$ outta me cos I use loads of mince. She will say whats for tea something with mince? Then if we go shopping and she sees cookery books she will say oh look 1001 ways with mince lol

Its been a standing joke for years now haha

Lmao...!! Thats funny hun..!! Mince is so versatile though...!! I couldnt live without it... If you see one of those cook books again...pick me one up will ya texty lol...!!! Xx
