It was pretty much fajitas with loadsa trimmings... I tried to make them a bit healthier with lettuce and grilled mushrooms and there were peppers and onions in the fajita mix with the chicken... I had 2 ww wraps (5.5 syns each) and made boiled rice to have with the fajita chicken so I wouldnt eat any more wraps lol.... and there was salsa and low fat sour cream and jalepenos and my hex-a cheese...xx

Yummy!! Where did you get your low fat sour cream from?? Xx
 
I was at the gym this morn hun then caught up on all my house work and I am workin at 4pm till 8pm!!

I need to catch up on housework! You wouldn't believe how untidy my house is at the mo!! Lol. There's our new tent in it's bag in the middle of the back room floor! It's far too heavy for me to move, especially with my neck the way it is. So it's just gonna have to stay there till OH gets round to moving it.....could be there till Christmas then!! :-D
 
Oh I forgot...... We were chucking away some old wood and left over flooring out of the garage to make more space. It took 2 trips with the trailer!! It wasn't just wood, there was old baby car seats, loads of cardboard and just general sh**e!!! Lol xxx

We've only been here about 18 months and there's so much crap everywhere!!

Lol... iam so like that. ... I had to major catch up today as I have been at the gym every morn n not been as obsessive as normal as I just havnt had the time to fit everythin in with work as well. .. so I got it all done today thank god...!! Xx

I'll do all mine on Saturday, will take a while as I'll need to keep resting my shoulder and neck.

Breakfast today was a banana, a tangerine and a coffee...

Lunch was smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and a coffee..

Afternoon snack was a ww strawberry tart yoghurt...

Dinner was mince and tatties with cabbage....

Hexs used on low fat cheese and wholwmeal bread....

Syns.... packet hoops and crosses (4.5), asda ice lollie (4.5), alpen light (3.5), lean mince (2) 14.5 in total!!

Exercise: 1hr 30 mins at gym!!

Hey y'all.....!!! How are we today...??? Im feelin great again today.... another day ticked off at the gym and had a good food day... gonna have a wee wine tonight.... need to live a little now and then xxx
 
Red day!!

Breakfast... banana and a coffee.

Lunch... scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

Dinner: ww petit pain (hexb) with cheese (hexa) and salad, 1 tblspn extra light mayo (0.5) and 1 tblspn salsa (0.5) and a pear.

Hex a 1.... 40g low fat cheese.
2.... 40g low fat cheese.
Hex b 1.... ww petit pain.
2.... 2 alpen light!!

Syns.. wine (48), salsa (0.5), mayo (0.5)= 49 (oops)!!

Exercise: 2 hrs at gym!!
