Mornin all.... hope you are all good
and well....

I have a little hangova today lol... but not too bad... just had a tin of heinz spaghetti n a cup of tea for brekkie... the random bloody things I eat when im hungova is unreal... but as long as its on plan I dont care lol..!!

Wont be hitting the hangover munchies I can assure you.. I prepared a yummy bolognese yesterday so will be tucking into that tonight n keep my hex b for two alpen light bars so as I feel like im bein a little naughty... and maybe a packet of walker hoops and crosses ( 4.5 )!!

Ooooohh scales showin a 1.5 loss from weigh in last weds. .. 12.12!!!! I am doing the happy dance lol.... lowest I have been in almost 3 yrs xx

Food today. ..

Breakfast: tin of heinz spaghetti and an alpen light (hex b)!!

Mid morning snack: ww strawberry tart yoghurt, packet boots shapers onion rings (3), a banana and a tangerine!!

Lunch: smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and a packet of walker hoops and crosses (4.5) and some pickled onions!!

Dinner: spag bol....

Evening snack: boots shapers sweet and salty popcorn (4.5) and an alpen light!!

Hex a: 250mls semi skim milk!!
Hex b: 2 alpen light bars!!

Syns: lean mince (2), popcorn (4.5), onion rings (3), hoops and crosses (4.5) = 14!!

Exercise: 30 min walk!!

Lunch: mexican ham salad dressed with cayenne pepper hot sauce!!

Dinner: roast pork, sw roasties, sprouts, apple sauce (2), yorkshire pudding (3) and gravy (1.5)!!

Dessert: asda blackcurrant moment ice lollie (4.5)

Hex a: 40g low fat cheese!!
Hex b: 1 slice wholemeal bread and 1 alpen light bar!!

Syns total: 11!!

I was workin 10-2 today then have just been at home gettin organised for our weekend away on fri.... sooo cant wait. ...

Evening snack.... 60g wholemeal bread (hex b), 40 g low fat cheese, mushrooms and red and green fresh chillis and an alpen light bar (3) and a cup of tea xx

Just down to dumfries for a few days... its on the coast its abs beautiful. .. we are stayin in a caravan.... loooove caravans lol...!! Xx

I'm very jealous! Lol. We used to have a touring caravan but it wasn't as much fun as camping! The people were miserable and spent most of the time inside their caravans. I like statics though.

Haha... ive never bn camping.. just static caravaning...!! We go to this one a few times a year n on first name terms with all the staff n it great coz there a wee bar that you can take the dog in... we r leavin the kids n just takin the dog lol... cant wait for the peace n quiete for a couple of days... dont think the weather is gonna b up to much... never fails whenever we go anywhere.... have you got any holiday plans this year xx

Morning! Only camping in our new tent this year quite excited. We've never been with the dog so should be an experience lol. He's been in the caravan loads of times and is brill, but I hope he doesn't manage to sneak out the tent door! Eeek! We're planning on trying the tent on the 10th and 11th of May with friends. It's all booked so fingers crossed it's not chucking it down!

I am terrified of flyin and have bit the bullet this year after not bein abroad in five years because I am so sick of rain... we usually go away in this country caravaning bout 4 times a year n it is always rainin n it makin me depressed lol...!! I would never go abroad if you were guaranteed the sunshine here xx

We're just heading over into North Wales, to a site we've been to a few times. It's only about half an hour's drive from us but should be fun I'm hoping mum will have the terrible twosome (son and dog) as son will probably get bored as there's no other kids going and if his grandma's having him she may as well have the dog too lol :-D he's no bother. So we get a weekend relaxing without having to worry if they're ok

Sounds great hun and total bonus if you get to go without child lol...ive always fancied Wales but just a bit far from us. ..

I cant say how much I am looking forward to gettin away just the 2 of us...and hunter of course!!

We are goin to albufeira in portugal in mid june chick... 1st timw abroad in 5 yrs....did I mention I hate flying lol...xx

I've not flown since I was 13 lol. Holidays with parents after that age were in France with the car so we took the ferry (which I hate!), and since moving out at the age of 18 I've never been able to afford a flying to type holiday.
God we need these winning lottery tickets ASAP!! :-D

Or sign up for easyjet & ryanair newsletters, the other year me & Bob went to Bergamo (nr Milan) for £29 it was winter, but it was also very beautiful.
