Evenin all.... thats me finally packed and orgainsed for my weekend away.... I think this weekend is gonna be very off plan... I want to go and wnjoy myself and have a few treats... and there will be copious amounts of alcohol I involved no doubt..and it is religion in our house when goin to the caravan to have a mc donalds breakfast before we go.. and I know I will order a breakfast wrap AND pancakes and syrup. ..disgusting I know but I can never decide what one to get lol... hopefully I will get a signal in the park now that I am with anotha network and can post loads of pics xxx

Breakfast: 2 slice wholemeal bread toasted with kerry low low topped with smoked ham slices and a coffee!!

Mid morn snack: smoked salmon slices!!

Lunch: butternut squash soup and ww caramel tart yoghurt!!

Dinner: mini vegetable quiches, a banana and a tangerine!!!

Evening snack: 2 slice wholemeal bread with kerry low low topped with smoked ham slices! !

Syns: 0

Hex a: 60g kerry low low!!
Hex a: 40g low fat cheese!!
Hex b: 2 slice wholemeal bread!!
Hex b : 2 slice wholemeal bread!!

Hey all... have arrived safe at the caravan...havin a lovely time so far.... just chillin with a wee glass of wine at mo while unpacking.... plans tonight are maybe off out to the pub for a couple of hours with the dog...cant say I have been very good slimming world wise today. ..oops....!!! Its abs gorge down ere.... yeah hunter has settled in great lol...and since I have to pay 25 quid to bring him and have to take the lowest grade of caravan as we have a pet he gets pride of place on their sofa.... he loves it as hes not allowed at home....

Im not on the diet coke as such bit havin a few fruit shoots lolol....xx

Hi everyone....havin a lovely time so far.... really enjoyed thosw yummy fruit shoots last night lol.... and feel great for gettin my 5 a day...and funnily enough there were some tequila flavoured one haha.... waa at the pub for just a couple of hours and had a few games of pool....

Weather today is to be mostly sunny today we've not long had brekkie and we r just back from the big dog walk field with hunter...he abs loved it...

We are goin into the little town a couple miles from our caravan site today for a walk round thw little shops and maybe have some lunch.. then its off out to the wee club in the caravan site tonight for bingo and cabaret. ..sooooo cheesy but I love it xxxx
