Oh that sounds so good! Thanks. Although the chicken ones smell the worst lol. I find it clings to your clothes and in your hair, yuck! And I mean the smell, not the actual noodles lol xxx

Mornin sis...yeah slept relatively well thanks... what bout u??

I have a well deserved day off today....yayyyyyy...!!! Not goin to the gym today...could really be doin with havin a day catching up with things in the house and I am goin swimmin with riley today so will still be havin exercise...and may sneak in a sneaky sauna while riley is havin a play on the flumes lol... only thing is they are full of men.... puts me off goin in but im payin for th membership and I enjoy the sauna so may have to grin n bear it... they chat away to you and I havnt encountered any sleazeball or pervs..... yet lol!!!!

I am havin a cooked brekkie for breakfast today and am sadly soooo excited bout it.... get a life liz lol xxxxx

I slept in the spare room, even though the bed isn't that comfy, I slept really well :) didn't even hear OH snoring from our bedroom. Bonus lol.

Enjoy your swim and sauna!! There's no way I'd ever be seen in a swim suit! Lol.

We went to Asda for our brekkie.... It was rank :-(

Lol....I would sleep on a bed of nails if it meant not hearin OHs snorin....

Just been to the butchers in town...they do slimmin world friendly food..got all this for under a tenner... 1367585240173.jpg

Beef and chilli burgers (1 syn), steak square slice sausage (1 syn ) and a chicken korma stir fry (syn free).... and you get a 10% discount if you show your sw card.... they also do all of this....1367585404604.jpg

Im intrigued by the chorizo sausages.... but they had none left today but if you phone down the day before they make them up for you xx
 
Just had one of those burgers on a slice of toasted ww bread with some hex a cheese, red onion n jalapenos.....1367588811161.jpg

Had it with some walkers sunbites (6) and a ww caramel cake bar (4.5).... yum yum xxx

Haha... it was sooo nice... I'll make it for u anytime sis... my day goin well so far...

didnt go swimmin as its pourin of rain n dont want riley to catch the cold comin out of the swimmin n havin to get busses in the downpour... he fine with it as he is gettin a new playstation game tomoz...

just off to asda for some bits and bobs... ive got a feelin some alchohol may miraculously fall into my trolley...oops!!
I really enjoyed drinkin pineapple bacardi breezers last week at the caravan so was thinkin if I bought bacardi and a bottle of lilt zero it would kinda be the same.... n that way I could save on syns....and cash??? Xxx

Hi honey.... thankyou.... the burgers and sausages are the best low fat ones ive tasted... im tempted to stir through a greek muller to the korma to make it like yours lol xxx
