Hey everyone. .. how are you all... you mad mental cases had me p!ssin myself this morn readin this...lol... I was tucked up in bed last night thankyou very much...bein a very good girl... was abs shattered... had a bit of a family situation late sat night so didnt get much sleep n was workin all day yesterday..... I swear there has never been a truer sayin than that one that goes you can pick your friends but cant pick your family lol....!! Unfortunatly out of four of us we have one bad seed!!

Anywhos..... this is my first weigh in day on a monday.... time to face the music of the damage I done last weekend at the caravan....not holdin out much hope of any sort of loss... just hope it not too many pounds on... I have been really good since I have been back.... have counted every morsel that has passed my lips.... wish me luck..... xxxx
