The mushrooms and onions are just fried in a tspn of oyster sauce, tspn light soy, tspn dark soy sauce, some garlic granules and some chilli flakes and the wedges just have cumin, garlic, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes and smoked paprika doused in fry light and cooked in the oven... was lovely xxx

Thanks chick... enjoyed my chicken in oyster sauce so much last night I decided to top my steak with mushrooms done the same way lol... thankyou so much for the recipe hun xxxx

Mornin everyone... hope everyone is havin a good start to the week... im.a little shattered this morn but think it is just monday mornin cobwebs lol... and was asleep a little later than usual last night...
Well its weigh in at 12 today.... im kinda dreadin it after my all day shopping boozefest on friday lol... and I cant be sure but I think there could have been white bread toast with butter and strawberry jam involved when I got in on friday night although thanks to the wine and cocktails its not that clear lol... (although my fridge door was smeared with jam the next day hehe) but apart from that ive been 100%.... so if you could all cross your fingers for me that would be great as I think I need all the luck I can get today xxxx
