Sw cooked brekkie... (1) syn for the square sausage!! Was great and filling!!

Well surprise surprise I can actually walk today after my weights class last night lol... I must be gettin stronger...c'mon.....!!!!! Xxx

Please excuse the fact my boys rooms beddin doesnt match the curtains... its thier spare sheeets as thier Liverpool ones werent dry yesterday lol... im pernickety bout things like that... oh and I will have big bridget jones pants on to suck the flabby belly in haha... xxxx

Food for today...

Brekkie: sw cooked brekkie!!

Lunch: sainburys ravioli, asda greek cheery yoghurt, red grapes!!

Dinner: chinese pork kebab, savoury rice, oven roasted onion, peppers, cherry tomatos, courgettes and aubergine!!

Syns: 2 lrge glasses white wine (18), lorne sausage (1), cherry greek yoghurt (0.5) = 19.5!!

Hex a: 125 mls semi skim milk & 30g kerry low low blk pepper!!
Hex b: 2 m & s wholemeal subs!!

Exercise: 30 min dog walk!!

i used to have liverpool bedding a few years ago i still miss it now... still have my scarf pinned to the wall though hehe
