missemma's 10 stone journey

You can indeed enjoy 200ml chocolate oaty as a HexA, It's pretty good stuff isn't it?

Dinner looks gorgeous! Roasted veggies look tippity top.

What options you got for dinner tomorrow? Xx

I've never tried it before but am rather excited to have some with my weetabix or porridge on Saturday. Excitiiiiing.

I have no idea, I've got some pasta, couscous, tuna....

Those burgers look lush! Did the cheese ooze out? Last time i made burgers I used the laughing cow blue cheese triangles last time and the kids loved them

It totally oozed but there was still a chunk inside, delicious!

Just having my lunch now, work has been MENTAL today! Will post foodie stuff once home :)

Food today;

Pre work banana.
B: 2 weetabix, semi skimmed milk & berries.
L: homemade carrot soup & mullerlight.
T: orange! I went shopping straight from work & did my £30 shop and forgot to eat. Oops.

Got an amazing bargain at Tesco, they had extra lean pork mince in the reduced section for 68p. Yes you read that right. What a bargain. Tomorrow is going to be an extra easy day & I'm going to make them into meat balls with pasta :)
Got my choccie milk for my breakfast too, well excited :D

Pah.

This is all I have to say on my weight.

Okay not really, a little story.

2 weeks ago I weight 13.12 then I went away and ate and ate and ate. After a week of doing this I weighed 14.10 ( :( ) and that was last week Sunday as I took last Saturday as holiday. I've been 100% on plan all week so I should be pleased I've got back down to 14.1 but I am annoyed to say that its still a 3lb gain. Never fear I am more than determined to lose that 3lb this week.
What a waste though, I enjoyed eating all that crap back then but I am now annoyed.

Line drawn. Swiftly moving on.

Food today - extra easy.

B: 200mls Oatly chocolate drink (HEa), 2 weetabix (HEb) and nana. Simply the most amazing chocolate fix ever. The milk was warmed up and omnomnomnom.

L: going shopping so no idea as yet.

T: extra lean pork mince meatballs & pasta with a homemade tomato sauce.

Have a voucher for a free latte so will have a skinny plain one later, I think this is 2.5 syns? Am I right?

Have a good day everyone xx

That is still amazing - 9lbs in one week. WOW! I am feeling a bit down. Thought after losing 1 stone 10 I would be nearly down a dress size, but I'm not. Struggling to keep motivated now

Don't feel like that my dear, just think you're almost at 2 stone off, that's almost 28lbs! Think how much that actually is, it's amazing :) just because you're not a dress size down yet don't get too hung up on it, you'll be in that next dress category before you know it :) it's easy to put the weight on and hard to get it back off plus you're much healthier at 24lbs lighter :)

Today has been a lovely day, been out shopping with my best friend/housemate and now sitting in with a small beer whilst my dinner cooks. Bought a dress in the next sale and some pretty nailvarnish.

Food was as above, lunch was pasta & sauce with spinach & tomatoes & gherkins.
I've had a hot choc too. 2 syns. (Or is the mint 1.5?).
I also had a costa, think its 2.5 syns for a normal skinny latte. So 4.5 syns so far today.

Dinner is in the oven and is my extra lean pork meatballs with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms & onions and plenty of garlic :) photos will of course follow.

Good evening all, hope we are all doing okay?

I've been most productive today, went shopping to HMV and bought some items in the blue cross sale, got me some Hello Kitty headphones and Lost season 4 boxset. I also got another free Caffe Nero skinny latte, mmmm.

Food wise... red day.

Breakfast was 200mls Oatly chocolate drink (hea), weetabix (heb) and a banana chopped up, was bloody lovely.

Lunch was a ham salad (lettuce, peppers, tomato & cucumber) with 1 tbsp extra light mayo.

Dinner is going to be something of epic proportions, I'm making a burger with extra lean mince, with a babybel light in the middle, topped with 2 slices lean bacon & a fried egg. Got some carrots and courgettes roasting in the oven as well. How bloody good does that sound? It sounds awesome if you ask me :D I have about 1/2 a hea left so will have a nice cuppa tea later and one mini malteaster bunny for 3syns. Feel like having a bit of a treat. I also have some pineapple which needs using up although I might take that for breakfast tomorrow. We shall see, am fully expecting to be STUFFED after dinner :D

Photos to follow later. Just settling down on the sofa after my nice hot shower to watch The Goonies, what a film.

Love the little dress - so cute! Where the meatballs nice using different mince? I usually just do beef.

Sounds like you've had a good weekend, all nice and chilled - just how it should be :) xx

The meatballs were made with extra lean pork mince, got some in Tesco on Friday night from the reduced section, 68pence. Bargain :D

Here is the epic dinner! This was serious food porn & got me and my flatmate chatting about how there isn't more Slimming World restaurants in the world. Can you imagine going to a restaurant where they offered simply SW food where you didn't have to worry about asking for no oil and dressing on the side. I'd love to be able to go into a restaurant and ask for a burger knowing it was cooked in the oven/grilled and was homemade with no salt and no fat added. I'd love to open a restaurant like that! SW would make themselves so much more money!

Mini babybel light, mmmm. Was all squishy and yummy! I'm not bothered about cheese however this in the middle of a burger is just so nice.

They get everything up north, Joe's sausages etc, we were looking for some syn free sausages today and looked on Joe's website, our local stockist is Oldham only a small 120 miles away! Haha.

I have eaten burgers twice this week now, I have a stack of extra lean mince beef in my freezer that I just want to use up, because I've been budgeting I've been making the packs of mince last for 4 meals so have about 8 portions still to go! I'm going to turn into a cow soon ;)
