missemma's 10 stone journey

Just weigh and be done with it Hun. You know you've been on plan, sometimes our bodies just a bit gay. Texty was an angel all week and she gained this week :confused: xx

All done, no loss but no gain, stayed the same in the end. Annoying but moving on, the weekends sometimes let me down like last Sunday where I ate a slither of pudding & 2 hot cross buns, although that's really not that bad I think! Going to be really good this week and try for a 2lb loss next weekend! Body's are so annoying, it's not nice being so good and putting on, it's so random! xx

Have a nice day planned, my boyfriend wants to go to Nandos tonight but I have told him I'm going to make Nandos. Going to do an EE day today!

Breakfast was lush. 2 'fried' eggs, 5 slices pastrami (oink), mushrooms, HEb bread & 100mls semi skimmed milk for a coffee.

Picking my boy up at 1230 and we are going to drive to Box Hill or Richmond Park for a walk as the sun is shining & then dinner will be the Nandos. Ill get some chicken, make some chips & some coldslaw. I've already had my HEb so no bun for me! Have 150mls of HEa milk left so might replace it with 1/2 an allowance of cheese on my chicken. I know Nandos have their rubs out so will find syn values and use one so my OH doesn't feel robbed haha!

Got a pineapple that needs using up so will cut some to take for my walk. Started using my fitness pal again to keep a track on calories too.

So angry right now! Just picked my boyfriend up and tried to talk to him about something and he kicked right off and started shouting at me. I told him to get out of my car and left him at the side of the road. I've parked up elsewhere and just don't know what to do. We've been together 4 years this month but it all seems to be going wrong. I don't know what to do :(

It's because every time I try to talk to him about something he accuses me of trying to argue which is not true & it just escalated up and up. We made up in the end but I just hate arguing as its so pointless and life is too short.

Once we had made up we went for a long walk round Richmond Park and Richmond. It was so lovely, walked off 717 calories and did just short of 5 miles according to my Map My Walk. We saw some rabbits, deer & lovely views of London.

How nice does it look? The weather was lovely too. My feet hurt now though.

Went Asda after got the new SW mag :D didn't have lunch so got some melon and munched it. Got supplies for the home made Nandos. Chips are just par boiling, chicken has the Nandos rub on and I've made some coldslaw. Also bought a beer too but don't tell anyone ;)
 
Hi, sorry to but in but we saw a man left stranded at the side of the road on our way home this afternoon! Do you have a silver car??? Lol. Me and OH said the couple we saw had probably been arguing and she'd chucked him out of the car! How weird! Where abouts do you live??? Xx

Aww :-( it wasn't you! But how strange! :-D we were just getting back on the motorway after having something to eat in York on our way back from Scarborough! Lol xx
 
Okay food for today was;

Breakfast as mentioned before. 1/2 syn for extra light mayo.

Melon & pineapple for lunch.

Nandos for tea. 1 syn for the extra light mayo & I had the other half of my HEa with half allowance of light mozzarella.

I am STUFFED. Least I stayed on track though :D 1.5 syns for the day and a massive walk.
 
Lol, I chucked mine out of bed for snoring at 5am this morning, does that count? :-D xx

Yes! Haha. I had to wake mine up for snoring too, the conversation went something like 'get on your side you bloody tractor' haha, his snoring is so loud & sounds like an actual tractor. Lucky I love him so much!

I am up, in bed still but eating brekkie and have a lovely cup of coffee, my favourite thing for the morning. I have no plans today, read through the new SW magazine, desperate to go out and get some things from it though like the Golden Wonder chipsticks, gammon joint with honey glaze & ingredients for hummus! Yum!

I think today will be a green day maybe.

Breakfast is 2 slices of WM bread (60g) for a HEb, 60g lowlow & a banana. Got a splash of milk in my coffee for 1/2 syn.

I have no clue about lunch yet.

Dinner could potentially be jacket spud as I have one that needs using up with my homemade hummus & salad. Carb city ahoy :D
 
I am a cooking monster today. Made my birthday cookies & didn't lick my finger once! They're all done & cooling now. Smelling gorgeous but I'm not remotely tempted.

I then whipped up some roasted red pepper hummus which is delicious. I put a wee bit too much garlic in but it is still yummy.

Lunch was very random. I had some dry pan fried mushrooms, left over coldslaw 1/2 syn, some hummus & a pot of cottage cheese. Yes, random. Full now though.

I've also been shopping & got the gammon joint featured in the mag! Excited to cook it. I've done some washing and it's very nice outside so it's hanging outside. Relaxing now.
