The rest of the day has gone like this:

Lunch - Starbucks skinny latte 6.5 syns (I think I googled this so not sure how right it is. Fruit salad.

Tea - extra lean pork mince meatballs with dried egg noodles. Tomato based sauce made with tomatoes, mushrooms, onions & courgette. Also garlic and herbs.
I have had 7 syns so far today so had a further 2 on some cheese on top of my meatballs. Nom.
Cheese filled day.

'Ello :) been in Seaford the whole day and just got home. Had a BBQ which was lovely but I've eaten SO much food all of which was SW friendly & within syns.

Food: red day
B - Starbucks HEa milk.

L & T - 2 EL mince burgers, 1 quorn sausage, 1 HEb roll, 50g light mozzarella (HEa), salad, HEb worth of rice. 1/2 syn mayo, 1/2 syn ketchup.
Fruit salad for pud.

On the beach I had a 99 which is 12.5 syns so total is 13.5 syns today.

No doubt though even though all SW friendly there will be a large gain on the scales. Oopsy.

Because I ate sooo much food which isn't like me. I don't eat that much - well not as much as yesterday. The portion sizes were well out of the window xx

Right after having to go back to Seaford today as my friend left her purse in Morrisons we have had a lovely day. It was so hot there so we beached for a while.
Food was as followed (green day)

B - 35g muesli (HEb), fat free yoghurt & cherries.

L - pasta & sauce with mushrooms, spinach, leeks & HEa cheese. 2 slices WM bread (HEb)

Snack - pineapple, small tub yoo moo 7.5 syns, 1 caramel skinny frap 4 syns & a rocket lolly 2 syns = 13.5 syns.

T - left over mac & cheese (HEa), quorn sausages & veggies :)

So much food again but within syns.
No 777 this week but going to try & keep the water intake up xx
 
All sounds like good food, well done! Which flavour yoomoo did you have? I think I tried the choc one and wasn't entirely sure on it xx
 
All within plan the last 2 days but scales gone up to 13.11 today. Crazy body.

Food will be:

Fruit salad breakfast. Fat free yoghurt.

Egg salad lunch.

Lots of water.

Chicken for dinner. Chicken with veggies probably :)
 
I reckon the Taste Of Asa book will be on my doorstep tonight am so looking forwards to flicking through it :D
Think I'm going to go shopping tomorrow morning before work to get bits to make sushi :) that'll give me a nice lunch for Thursday then.

It's such a lovely sunny morning out. Hopefully it stays like that this week :D

That will just be food bloat if you say you ate more (even tho on plan) than usual and will be off in a couple of days x
