I never really have syns during the week as I tend to eat them more at the weekend xx

How about trying to space them out more evenly for a week then and see what it does for your losses?? Might just shake up the routine and surprise your body into action :D
 
You know I read your post this morning and thought ooh I'll get to posting a reply in a min... 12 hours later.... (yes I'm a retard!!)

Just keep on as you are babes but remember not to over work the gym - if you hurt, take a rest day! That's a biggy. Other wise you'll retain more fluid than necessary. Continue working out though and make sure you're eating enough and drinking plenty of fluids without over watering yourself (don't want to flush all the goodness out of your kidneys, that's not recommended!) xxx

The thing is during the week I'm so busy I don't really get time to eat properly if that makes sense. I don't eat breakfast until midday at least! I get up for work 645 leave at 730, start work 8 and its manic until 12 then I eat lunch about 4ish and dinner once I'm home. I had tea at 8 tonight as I go to the gym after work. It's not ideal but its a routine I've been in for years. I find I have time for 2 quick meals at work then dinner time if not too late I cook something nice. I'm not really a fan of using syns on chocolate bars/crisps as I just don't fancy them at the moment. I need to use it on other stuff like extra calcium maybe :)

Yeah I deffo don't do anything if it hurts, like LBT I would never dream about going to the gym the next day as it burrrrns.
I've just started drinking 2l water a day as before I was probably taking in 300-400mls plain water and 700mls coffee. I've been trying to cut back on that a little and just having water/squash :) xx

Hello all, oddly I had posted in here earlier on but it's not showing, typical.

Hope we are all doing well on this gorgeous Thursday? I have had quite a productive day so far. Got up around 10am after having the most awful nights sleep, I keep getting a sore throat that comes and goes and last night I woke up coughing at 3am and couldn't sleep for about an hour. Once I was up though I was raring to go, popped down to the gym and did 42 minutes of work out, 32 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 on the rower. I'm going to keep trying to mix it up a little because that way I can keep myself interested seeing as I have the attention span of a gnat. I burnt off over 420 calories which I was pleased at.

After gymming I went into Tooting Primarni and got me £28 worth of tops and cardigan. They have some lovely skull tops in there but alas only in a size 20 which was way too big (woohoo) and a size 6 which I'll never get one arm into. Their vest tops are lovely though and so long, I love them.
After shopping I went food shopping and got lots of lovely SW friendly goodies - when I say goodies I mean fruit :D

Came home, had done some washing so hung that up and sat and ate my lunch out on the grass in our communal garden, it was so hot. I've just come in as I needed to have a shower and change my bed linen and do some prep for dindins.

Food for today is an EE day :)

Brunch - 4 Ryvita Dark Rye (HEb) & a pot of low fat cottage cheese. Gherkins (1) and tomatoes (2).
Snack - Strawberries (3), raspberries (4) & a toffee mullerlight.
Dinner - Going to be fishcakes (made with cod, potato, spring onion (5) & spices), leeks (6) & brussells (7)

So that's my 7 superfree foods.
I have already downed my 7 glasses of water - helped along by going to the gym.
No syns yet. I also need to have a HEa yet so might have some cheese with my fishcakes, maybe. I'm not sure, I might just drink some milk instead, we shall see. Infact I think I have some of that WW whippy pudding in the cupboard so could have that with the milk allowance and to use up some syns.

Edit - Syns 1.5 for ketchup & HEa cheese used on dindins.

Oh my god dinner is served. HEa cheese on top of my fish cakes & leeks. I'm in love.

Watching Secret Eaters, I love this show.

When they get caught out gobbling takeaways everynight they always say 'Oh I feel sick', yes because you've been caught out.
The guy on it tonight is the best one.

'I eat a big breakfast and then nothing else for the rest of the day' - yet he ate a massive bread stick full of greasy meat & egg, then 2 cheese and tomato sandwiches, a slice of cake, a jaffa bar slice & orange juice all before 9am. He'd ate 4000 calories before lunch!!!!
 
Haha not just me watching it then! Talk about being in denial!! At least I know why I'm fat!! :D

PS. Totally trying out those fishcakes, have got a load of white fish in the freezer to use up! x

I love this show, any kind of weightloss show and I'm well watching, I'm addicted to weightloss shows :D

& you should, it was so easy and delicious xx
 
The girl is in denial more than the dude.

She just tried to blame it onto others why she's quite so large. Oops.
