Good Thursday all, today is the first day of my 5 days off from work and surprise surprise it's pouring outside, not that I plan to move anywhere at all today bar to quickly pop to Boots as I'm in desperate need of hair dye. Currently sitting in waiting for a bag I ordered from Dotty P's for the wedding.
I've been quite productive today, done 2 lots of washing already, organised a photo album I'm making & have done my weights and 30 Day Shred.
Food today is either going to be extra easy or red, I can't quite decide.
B: Overnight oats - 28g oats (HEB), vanilla mullerlight, sprinkle of cinnamon & a peach.
L: Salad - tomato, lettuce, pepper, cucumber, gherkins with lean ham and 1 syn 70% lower fat salad cream. Banana.
T: I got some extra lean pork out of the freezer this morning so I'm going to make a bit of a stew I think. I had mushrooms, onion & courgette with tinned tomatoes, and 3 babybel light (HEA), was properly good.

Weights: 60 per arm.
30 Day Shred: day 6 done.
Going to weigh in tomorrow as I'm off to Reading Festival, this morning the scales were stuck at 12.9 which is fine by me in all honesty, if I could lose 1lb by tomorrow then I'll be happy but I'm also happy with the 12.9 as it just means the scales last week weren't a fluke
