Happy Sunday all, have we all had a good weekend?

Mine has been all good, although my OH got a bit grumpy towards the end which is a shame seeing as we are only see each other at weekends and it put a bit of a sour end to it all which I hate/upsets me.

I spent about 2 hours cleaning and decluttering my room, when I woke up this morning I must had forgotten I had done it and it was all shiny and clean haha, lovely.

Food today has been greeeeeeeeeeeen:

B: 2 weetabix (HEB), 200mls Koko chocolate milk (HEA).

L: 2 slices WM bread (HEB), 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 tin BBQ beans, grapes.

T: Will be salad of some kind and a tomato mug shot and 3 babybel light for my second HEA plus a squirt of salad cream 70% light (1).

S: Options hot choc (2), semi skimmed milk (2).

I've just done the 30DS so I need to have a shower and then I will make my salad because I'm HOT. I need to do a few weights yet as well.

Hmm, really hope my WI wasn't a fluke! The scales tonight said 13.1 - I've been 100% on plan all weekend, 5 syns max so how is it I can weigh 6lbs heavier from yesterday! Worried now that my scales were playing up (even though I got on & off over 10 times and it kept saying 12.9). Going to see what they say in the morning :/
 
Love your hair colour:D the wavy look is so nice! I always try to get mine to dry wavy (if I blow dry it roughly then quickly tie it up in a twiselled sort of bun while it is still hot for an hour or so it comes out nicely! Stays really pretty for about 20 mins and hen goes flat though :( ) find it funny that so many people straighten their hair, love messy waves!

How long is there until the wedding? 50 weight lifts per arm- cool! What weight are you lifing? In a row or in batches?

3 day week this week! Hurrah. Going to Reading Festival this weekend so I'm probably going to WI on Friday!

Today will be a red day :)

B: overnight oats - 28g oats (HEB), strawberry mullerlight, nana & mango.

L: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, ham, spring onion. Grapes.

T: EL mince stuffed pepper with veggies and topped with EL babybel (HEA) - stuffed the peppers with the mince, spring onion, mushrooms and spinach, was delicious.

Coffee: 0
Vitamins: taken.
Weights: 60 per arm:
30 day shred: Day 3 done.

Ooh, what a productive evening I have had. Got home from work about 630, put my dinner on and then whilst it was cooking did the 30DS. Day 3 and it's a bit easier but hoping by day 10 it will be SO easy haha. My dinner was lovely, I stuffed my roasted pepper with extra light mince, mushrooms, tomatos, spring onion and spinach & topped it off with a babybel on each piece. I served it with some veggies I had that were about to go out of date. Lovely dinner and felt I deserved it post shred.

I have also cooked some food for tomorrow as I'm off to the cinema after lunch so have decided to make a noodle salad and I shall take that into the cinema with me, well prepared :) I have also been sitting here trying to convince myself to set my alarm for 6am so I can get up and do the 30DS before work.... we shall see how that comes about because I want to make sure I do do it everyday and I'm really not going to fancy it after the cinema.

My plan for tomorrow is a green day:
Overnight oats for breakfast, 3 ryvita with cottage cheese & tomatoes for lunch and then my noodle salad for dinner with some added fruit to munch on in the cinema maybe. Lovely.

B- overnight oats with banana. HEB

L- 3 ryvita (HEB), cottage cheese & tomatoes.

T- fine egg noodle salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, dried egg noodles), 3 babybel light (HEA).

S- 3 slimline g&t (7.5).

HEA: x1
HEB: x2
Syns: 7.5
Coffee: 0
Vitamins: taken.
Weights: 0
30 day shred: day 4 done.
 
Wednesday. Whoop, 5 day weekend starting after today :D :D

Food (red).

B- overnight oats with peaches. (28g porridge oats (HEB), cherry mullerlight

L- chicken salad - lettuce, cucumber, peppers, tomato.

T- chicken breast, 4 extra light laughing cow ( some of my HEA), gherkins, roasted tomatoes, cucumber & pepper.

S- rest of HEA used in 2 cups of tea.

HEA: x1
HEB: x2
Syns: 0
Coffee: 0
Vitamins: taken.
Weights: 0

With the chicken how about a light, summery casserole? Chicken, stock, green beans, maybe some frozen peas with some low fat creme fraiche stirred through at the end? xx

Good Thursday all, today is the first day of my 5 days off from work and surprise surprise it's pouring outside, not that I plan to move anywhere at all today bar to quickly pop to Boots as I'm in desperate need of hair dye. Currently sitting in waiting for a bag I ordered from Dotty P's for the wedding.

I've been quite productive today, done 2 lots of washing already, organised a photo album I'm making & have done my weights and 30 Day Shred.

Food today is either going to be extra easy or red, I can't quite decide.

B: Overnight oats - 28g oats (HEB), vanilla mullerlight, sprinkle of cinnamon & a peach.

L: Salad - tomato, lettuce, pepper, cucumber, gherkins with lean ham and 1 syn 70% lower fat salad cream. Banana.

T: I got some extra lean pork out of the freezer this morning so I'm going to make a bit of a stew I think. I had mushrooms, onion & courgette with tinned tomatoes, and 3 babybel light (HEA), was properly good.

Coffee: 0

30 Day Shred: day 6 done.

Going to weigh in tomorrow as I'm off to Reading Festival, this morning the scales were stuck at 12.9 which is fine by me in all honesty, if I could lose 1lb by tomorrow then I'll be happy but I'm also happy with the 12.9 as it just means the scales last week weren't a fluke :D
