Ooh what a very busy day! I have only just got the chance to get on here & update :)

Wednesday is almost over & I have officially finished work for the next 4 days! Wahhooooo.
I'm on the bus on the way home as its pouring and I don't want to get wet. I was looking forwards to walking too as I really enjoy the walk to/from work again.

Gonna get home, put my tea on & shred away my stresses :D need to pack too as I'm off to Seaford tomorrow. Yay.

Food has been of the red variety.

B- overnight oats with HEB oats, vanilla muller, banana & cinnamon.

L- lettuce, cucumber, pepper, tomato & chicken. Apple.

T- chicken, leeks, courgette made into a stew kinda thing with chopped toms, soy sauce & stock. Nice winter kinda food. Haven't had my HEA so will stick some babybel light on there I think :)

Wooooooooooohooooooooo the wedding weekend is here! Have an incredible time sweety and can't wait to see photos and hear all about it! xxx

I bought a new memory card for my camera so that I can take photos photos photos :) well excited and can't wait. I spent my evening packing yesterday and I have SO much stuff with me, I haven't even packed any clothes yet haha!
I'm just lazing in bed for the time being and in about 15 minutes I'm going to get up and do the shred and then re-look at my packing and see if there is anything important I have missed.

Todays food - I literally have no clue as yet. I'm leaving here for Seaford about 1pm, so in my mind so far I'm going to have:

B- Overnight oats (HEB).

L- 4 ryvita (HEB), cottage cheese & a tomato.

T- chicken, roasted peppers, tomato & courgette. Apple afterwards.

S- Will make a hot chocolate (2) with my allowance of milk (HEA) for my journey to Seaford as I like having something nice to drink on the way, it makes the journey less boring.

Eek, got on my scales today: 12.4.
Scales today I love you :) lets get that 12.4 staying for Saturday.
I read the first post of my diary earlier and my lowest weight was 12.3 so I'm almost back to that, I can smell those 11's :D 11's before holiday?
 
Hello Friday :) hope we are all having a nice day so far?

Yesterday was lovely and relaxing, I came to Seaford and I grazed around my Mum's house whilst noone was home. I finally got my cross stitch finished for my brother and it's now in a gorgeous silver frame and I need to go get some wrapping paper today for it. To avoid any arguements with the Mother last night over dinner I agreed to go shopping with her when she got home, so off to Sainsbo's we pop. I told her I would cook dinner for her so that way I could make something SW friendly, we had chicken breast with roasted veggies. I got a lot of 'is that it' 'where is the potato' from Dad but actually when he finished he loved it and said he would want my Mum to make it for him. They're also addicted to those new Muller Corners which are choked full of badness so I showed her the new light chocolate desserts from Muller and they also liked them too so hopefully that's one change they'll make from now on.

I remember seeing in Sarah's diary a discussion about food containers, I also love things like this and they had them for half price in Sainsbo's. I got a systema soup mug and noodle cup as well as some pink clip it pots, all for the bargain price of £10. They're so cute. Gonna use the noodle one for lunch today :D

Already done my shred for today, day 28 in the bag, only 2 days left. Woohoo. Can't believe I've made it through all 28 days without stopping. I'm determined to do it tomorrow too before the wedding. We are going out for breakfast in the morning and I'm not going to lie, I'm going to eat some things that aren't SW however it's only one day and I am straight back on it on Sunday as we have a holiday to get slim for :) I will make good choices but I will not be counting syns tomorrow. Thankfully it's a fresh week and if I use all my weekly syns on one day then so be it, hopefully my brother will only be getting married once :D

Food for today is going to be greenage.

L: Mug shot (in a noodle bowl) added tomatoes & cottage cheese.

T: 3 quorn syn free sausages & greens.

Day 28...OMG I'm so so so ridiculously impressed and jealous!! I've never got past level 1!!
I think not counting your syns the one day of your bros wedding is perfectly acceptable! Make sure you enjoy every minute!
Cannot wait to see the pics of you looking Damn Fine in your dress and shoes!! :)

I've never stuck to anything before so feeling quite proud. Just 2 days left to go.

There will be plenty of pics :) just decorating the house now :D xx
 
Wedding prep has officially started :) had my first ever manicure today :) silver nails to match my shoes!

Eeeeeeeee, today is the day! I slept terribly last night but think its due to excitement (& the fact I'm sleeping on the sofa as my mum has a house full). The wedding itself doesn't kick off until 15:30 so quite a while to go yet but getting up shortly to weigh in! Everything is crossed for a little 12.4 pretty please :D xx

Not going to update food today like I said but I have done the shred already to get it out of the way on what will be a busy busy day. Only one day left!

Just gonna put a few things at the bottom of my day so I can remember if I took the vitamins etc :)
