Happy Thursday everyone :) day off today as usual and I'm still laying in my bed relaxing, always good.

I'm off to see McFly tonight, got some last minute tickets and got 5th row, not complaining at all at that, going to be well good. Going with my best friend whom I'm meeting at 730 so don't need to leave here until 630 so that means I can lie in bed for a little bit longer before sprucing myself up :D

Daily weigh in today showed 12.7, pleased with that, 3lbs away from what I weighed on Saturday, reckon I can get one further lb away by Saturday, if I could STS that would be amazing but I'm not convinced that's going to happen.

I am going to have a green day today, going to have to eat before I leave the house so will be having dinner around 530ish to make sure I have enough time to finish getting ready. No alcohol will be consumed (she says) but I might treat myself to a diet coke or something. I haven't had any fizzy drinks since I gave up drinking coffee many weeks ago. I must admit this was because I want to try and keep my teeth in good shape and they've actually been so much better with the amount of plaque I had, it really hasn't come back anywhere near as bad as before, whoop.

B: Porridge (HEA & HEB) with cinnamon.

L: 4 ryvita (HEB) with cottage cheese & a side salad. Salad cream (1/2). Yoghurt (1/2).

T: SW chips with 2 fried eggs & mushrooms. EL mayo (1).

Afternoon! That's fab going to see McFly this evening, have a brill time! :D I'm also having a lazy day in bed, love them! :D Although think it's time to pack the summer duvet away, my tootsies are definitely not quite toasty enough :( Food all sounds yum today, might have to plan myself a green day for tomorrow as could do with some yummy stodgy food myself! x
 
Having a bit of a stress about my holiday. Worrying I don't have enough clothes :/ I know about 3 days will be spent around the pool but one of the dresses I bought ages ago still looks a bit tight.... Just realised why:

:( that'll teach me not to read the label properly. Gutted. It looks okay the dress but would have been better in the proper size. D'oh.

I don't think so but going to try tomorrow even if I can just exchange the dress. Shame as I really like it. Half of me wants to keep it and aim to slim into it.

This time in 2 weeks I will be ready for holibobs, it can't come quickly enough. I need some sun :D

Not quite sure how but I lost 1lb this week, seeing as though my scales were up to 12.9 I think this is some kind of miracle and I think my scales have lost the plot haha. Glad though.

That's 2 weeks left until holidays, wonder if I can lose the 4lbs just to see the 11's before I go, you never know right. The scales actually wobbled at 12.2 for about 5 seconds but it didn't land there so 12.3 it is.

Not sure about food today, I really fancy something with rice. Maybe beef stroganoff made the SW way or chicken & mushrooms with rice, that sounds lovely actually? I'm going to google some recipes after I've posted this.

Green day :

B: Fruit & yoghurt.

L: 2 slices WM bread (HEB), babybel light (HEA), mushrooms & 2 fried eggs.

Congrats on the weightloss this week Em, 12.2 is my lowest and was chuffed when I reached that weight! 11s before you know it xx

12.2 was also my lowest I think so whoop, so close now. It feels good.

How are you? I've been keeping an eye on your diary for any baby news :D you'll find out the sex soon won't you? How exciting xx

I have a weird head as I still pick up 18's and then wonder why they are too big. Not used to the 14-16 brackets. Total NSV :D
 
Very nice dresses! Totally know what you mean about it taking a while to adjust to being the next size down - I still pick up size 14 on autopilot!! :rolleyes: You must be loving the shopping at the moment! xx

Food wise I've been a hungry monster today but all on plan:

B- porridge with nana (HEA & HEB).

L- 4 ryvita (HEB), 3 EL laughing cow (1/2 HEA), cheese mug shot (2).

T-

S- I really fancied some sushi so rather than buy it I made some. It was a fat fail but tasty non the less and only 1/2 syn for the nori sheet. Whoop. So (1/2) for that.

Not sure what I'm gonna have for dinner, I'm quite full from all the sushi. I was gonna have a jacket spud & beans but we shall see how I feel come 7pm :)

I'm off to Portugal for a week on an all inclusive holiday! Well looking forwards to it. Keeping an eye on the weather & it looks like it might be quite nice.
