No snacks because I had a night off, alco-pops, lots of vodka and redbulls then a slice of pizza, and pack of mccoys, no too bad but still off plan hope it doesnt make me gain!

I gained two pound this week! Was expected though had a naughty few days! Hoping for a big loss this week going to try stick to plan 100%
