Hi

I've decided to start a food diary in the hope that someone will shout out if I'm getting it wrong. I've done SW in the past and not lost anything.

Saturday (EE)

B - 35g Crunchy Bran (HEA), fat free natural yoghurt, plum, apple, satsuma, grapes and banana

HEB - 350ml skimmed milk

L - couscous made with chicken stock, apple, grapes, fat free yoghurt

D - SW chips, egg, beans

Syns - 2 cookies (6 Syns), tiny piece of cheesecake (4 Syns), 4 L/Cow Lights (4 Syns), ketchup (1 Syn)

I don't eat all 15 Syns every day but I often do on weekends.

What do you think?

Sunday looked like this:

B - Porridge (HEB) with FF Yog, blueberries, banana, grapes, satsuma

L - Omelette with mushrooms, peppers, onions, 2 Linda Mc sausages, ketchup (1 Syn)

D - 35g Grape Nuts (HEB), FF yog, banana, satsuma, apple

HEAs - both skimmed milk (had capuccino with friends)

Syns - 2 cookies with coffee (8 Syns)

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Saturday you've got no Superfree with your dinner. 1/3 Superfree is key on Extra Easy.

Im assuming Sunday is a Green Day? Your dinner is very small, are you sure you're eating enough?

You're right about the Superfree - I'll try to make sure I get more of that. Sunday was a Green day but I just didn't feel very hungry. Thanks for the feedback.

Monday looked like this:

B - Oatso (HEB), FF Yog, banana, blueberries, apple

L - 1 slice of wholegrain bread (HEB), vegetable broth (homemade), with celery, split peas, green beans, tomatoes, stock, tiny pasta, leeks, cabbage, carrots and swede. Extremely filling! FF Yog and fruit as before.

D - more broth, fruit, FF Yog.

HEAs - skimmed milk, Laughing Cow lights.

Snacks - apple, banana, FF Yog, cereal bar (8 Syns) and choc chip cookie (small - 3 Syns)

How's that look? Not very varied but I'm not too well at the moment so I just go for what's easiest. I am trying to up the Superfree content, though.

Okidoki - Tuesday (first day back at work after a month's sickleave):

B - 1 slice wholemeal bread, banana, FF Yog

L - very busy day - 2 bananas, two satsumas, two apples

Snack - 35g Dorset muesli (HEB), fruit, FF yog

D - Broth - a multitude of vegetables, mini pasta, grains etc

Snacks - 'welcome back to work' mini muffin with coffee (4.5 Syns)
LC Light triangle (1 Syn) with breakfast

HEAs - 42g Cathedral City Cheddar Lighter, 350ml skimmed

Not a very full day but I was busy at work and didn't feel hungry.

Sunday

B - 35g Crunchy Bran (HEB), FF Yog, loads of fruit

L - a small slice of ciabatta (Synned), topped with roasted veg and feta (HEA) (in John Lewis)

Not a big eatie day but I'm reeling from a small gain (hoping it's hormonal and not because I'm doing this all wrong AGAIN.)

D - oven chips, egg and beans, FF Yog and fruit

Syns - oil, sugar free jelly.
