I enjoyed EE but have to go careful with carbs as I have insulin resistance so will just do the one EE this week and maybe will do 2 next week.It was fine with just the one b and I thought that would be tough. I knew the milk would be okay with half as I usually have alot left in my jug at the end of the day and just make a milky cofee or top up my hot choc with milk. Really into the plan at the mo. Off on hols in 3 weeks but at my parents villa so can sort of manage okay!
Good luck for your weigh-in (I think it's tonight!), I lost 5.5 lb this week which I was pleased with as it took me out of the 300's and down into the 200's (I now weigh 299lb!) With all that speed food you been eating you should get to target twice as quick (or die on the loo in the attempt!)
