I ended up loosing 1lb this week.
Im ok with that a loss is a loss and i must not loose sight of that. But i have decided or the second time sw ee is not for me so back to red and green for me from today!

They were amazing! Just have to make sure I dont scoff the lot haha! I've had two and am full as had it with strawberries and raspberries mmm x

Sw chocolate brownies

56g sr flour (9syns)
44g options (Belgium choc) (6syns)
1.5 tablespoon - flora light (2syns)
4 eggs
10 tablespoon of sweetner

Optional
100g marshmallows (16syns)

Beat eggs, flora and sweetner together.

Then beat in flour and options. Add marshmallows.

Cook 15-20 mins 180* oven.

Cut into 16 squares = 2syns each! With marshmallows

=1 syn without!!! Xx
 
Omg I am dying!


My lower back is soooo painful I can barely move!

My personal training yesterday was mainly kellebells!

He really pushed me! I even did some dead lifts with a 24lb kettle bell even he said he was impressed! But my muscles are rebelling and telling me I must rest today! So no spin but maybe ill swim that will loosen it gently I hope!

I've been a very good girly and been through my recipe books last night to choose something new to try -

My goal is to try a new recipe at least once a week!

I found last time I was getting bored of eating the same meals!

Chilli is no longer on my fave list haha! X

No mines deffo my back muscles! Which I suppose is good is all round my love handles wonder if they'll miraculously disappear? Haha!!

ill go swimming in a bit hopefully the water will soothe me! Lol

I'm having meatballs and potato cheese and onion bake! For dinner with carrot and swede mash! I'm looking forward to dinner already! Xx
 
Well done on the loss this week, I always found I had better losses when i did either green or red days.

The brownies look yummy, i can't trust myself with things like that so i rarely make cakes, I would eat them all.

I could barely move and Marcus gave me a massage instead and then I felt better so decided to do lots of delish cooking!

I'm slightly regretting the bikini already! But too late now I guess!
