MizKirsty - Becoming my inner skinny!

Well a sneaky peak on the scales shows -2.5 so im pleased its moving and I'm looking at a good loss on Monday! I'd like a little bit more and get a 3 but I'd be happy with 2.5!

Let's just hope my nights don't screw it up! Xx
 
Well Marcus thinks I'm going to work and not coming home! The amount of food I've packed!

I have squash and dr pepper zero. Apple banana fruit salad (raspberries melon and grapes) a sf jelly and savoury rice! And porridge for the morning!

I'm hoping I won't give in one of the ladies I'm working with tonight will bring in lots of treats and I'm hoping I can resist!! Fingers crossed! Xx

I did munch on some of the sweets overnight no where near as many as I'd usually have and within syns but all the same bad syns wasted and unplanned :(

I just hope tonight will be better. I am having a mild freak out that I've ruined my week though :( xx

Well clearly the way to get thought my nights is to take the entire contents of my fridge.

Last night I took and ATE!

Savoury rice
Fruit salad melon rasp straw and grapes
Sf jelly
Carrot sticks
Ld humous
2x jumbo snack a jacks
An apple and porridge (this came home with me)

But it worked so here's hoping for a good loss Monday! Xx

Haha! I think I may need one soon haha!!!

Just managed to haul my arse outta bed from my nights after 4 hours sleep and make it to a personal training session!

My hrm reckons over 1000 cals burnt! I did get a busy and I've had the shakes for 20mins after the session so I know I've worked hard!

I just hope it all pays off for official wi Monday! Xx
 
Well finished my nights yesterday and already back to a long day today. I honestly feel like I may be dying slowly this is horrid I want to have a tantrum and not go it isn't fair :(

But two weeks off after this and I am going to enjoy them!

I've again put the contents of my fridge into my bag ;)

But doubt ill have time to eat it all but I spose that may be a good thing.

Gonna ask Marcus to our jackets on for tea I think! Wonder if hell manage it haha! Xx
