Well went out for dinner tonight made a sensible choice at the harvester (when oh original plan was for a curry!!!!!)

So I'm feeling better over my 1200 cal goal slight about 1400 today but with good calories if that makes any sense! ( plus I tried to over rather than under estimate !)

But I shall burn those cals away at the gym no problem tomorrow !

Let's hope it does affect wi! X
 
Feeling fricking awesome!

Been to the sports shops to replace my now huge gym wear !

I went for the Lycra style tops and bottoms all in a size 16!!!

Tried the 14s but that showed a few too many lumpy bits! Maybe next time not quite confident enough for that just yet!

But it was amazing not picking up the biggest size on the rack and dying when that's still too small!

Feeling very positive for this week! X
 
I feel amazing I felt like a normal person - like the girls behind the counter werent gonna be discussing how silly it was the fat person bought sports clothes etc etc!

Plus means I won't be flashing everyone haha! X

I'm back from the gym again today and I'm currently on week 3 of c25k- for those of you that don't know it's intervals of 3mins and 1.5mins - which I can just about manage - I've had a sneaky look At week 4.....

4min 6min and another 4min run haha never gonna happen not in a million years! What planet are these people on - has anyone done week 4?! Xx
 
Oh and back are the ruby slippers!
 
I think this is the first week in a long time where I am not nervous about wi tomorrow! Let's hope that's a good sign and not a bad one! X

Well I lost 4lbs today!! Chuffed!!

Only 1/2 officially so I now wi at. 13.8.5 but this time last week was 4lbs heavier!

Onwards and downwards! X


So plan for this week to maintain 1200 cals - exercise 4-5x this week and loose 1.5lbs to make it 13.7!! X
