Well went out for dinner tonight made a sensible choice at the harvester (when oh original plan was for a curry!!!!!)
So I'm feeling better over my 1200 cal goal slight about 1400 today but with good calories if that makes any sense! ( plus I tried to over rather than under estimate !)
But I shall burn those cals away at the gym no problem tomorrow !
I feel amazing I felt like a normal person - like the girls behind the counter werent gonna be discussing how silly it was the fat person bought sports clothes etc etc!
I'm back from the gym again today and I'm currently on week 3 of c25k- for those of you that don't know it's intervals of 3mins and 1.5mins - which I can just about manage - I've had a sneaky look At week 4.....
4min 6min and another 4min run haha never gonna happen not in a million years! What planet are these people on - has anyone done week 4?! Xx
